Stayed Feb 1, 2025The property was excellent in all respects and actually exceeded expectations. An easy walk to the beach and within walking distance to St. Armands Circle. The Property Manager was very personable and accommodating as well!

Stayed Mar 29, 2024Our family of 4 had a wonderful time staying at this house. We had a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to St. Armand’s circle. We loved the little private backyard and all the kitchen & beach accessories you would need. Loved our stay here!

Stayed Jul 15, 2023We loved this home! It was clean and comfortable. Lots of places to sit and relax. Loved the backyard! We had kids with us and it was perfect for them to play(glad there was no pool). The location was perfect- a short walk to the beach, a 10 minute walk to St Armand’s circle and a 10 minute drive to downtown Sarasota. It was a lovely home- we’ll come back!

Stayed Feb 4, 2023We loved staying at this Lido Key cottage. We had plenty of room to spread out and it was very well stocked with just about anything you might need with the exception of a wagon for carting things to and from the beach. We especially loved spending time in the sunroom! The location was perfect and we will definitely stay again!

Stayed Jun 3, 2022Fantastic location, well equipped for a relaxing day/dinner at home, trip to the beach (towels/chairs/umbrellas) and lots to do that is easily accessible. Sun room/back yard are fantastic features that we all enjoyed. Clean, quiet, as described. We loved this place and would definitely come back!
