Host was extremely welcoming and met us on site the first day to show us around. We had ample space to conduct our retreat training and we will most likely use the space again in the future if it's available. We did have to order extra paper towels and toilet paper (but we later found out that a previous guest hid all the toilet paper in one bathroom under the sink). The cleanliness was tolerable. It wasn't horribly dirty but it wasn't squeaky clean either. We did have issues with how black our socks were after walking on the wood floors. But we had not problem mopping to fix this. We didn't go in and out, we stayed inside so it wasn't an issue of tracking in dirt (it's cold outside so we had everything delivered instead of leaving the premises). This is minor stuff. We had a slight issue with the resolution in the theatre room, its a projector and all the table lamps were essentially decorative and not there for actual light. I just know to bring additional light sources when I stay again! Thanks for the amazing space.

This home was very spacious and the property manager was very attentive and showed us great hospitality in this home..this home provided more than enough room for my 20 guest!! i’m already considering rebooking for my bday in April! Don’t sleep on this home and the price is manageable…

The host met us there & was nice. The cleanliness of the house was not up to par. The floors were dirty, our socks & feet were black after walking around for less than an hour. The kitchen wasn't the cleanest. The dishwasher & garbage disposal didn't work. The toilet seat in the master bathroom was broken so you had to be careful when you were sitting on it. There were no dish towels or cloths in the kitchen. The house was big enough with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our entire family to be together & visit.

Positive aspects of the gathering included an ideal size, adequate bedrooms, a second kitchen, and ample kitchenware for my group of 14.However, notable negatives involved unclean floors, stained bed linens, a damaged bed frame, unsecured closet racks, dust under the sofas, dirty walls, a broken sofa in the living room, a dirty grill, outdoor refrigerator, and warming box. The main kitchen sink was clogged despite the owner's unsuccessful repair attempts on Friday. A plumber was expected but failed to arrive that day or over the weekend. The small accessory sink was a temporary solution, preventing the need to use the basement kitchen.Additionally, there were issues in several bathrooms, including a lack of trash cans, improperly installed shower curtains, stained toilets, and discolored water from the tub spigot, raising concerns about cleanliness. The pull-down attic door on the second floor had a gap and holes that resembled bullet holes. The basement's electrical output was unreliable, complicating outdoor cooking, and important information about adjusting it was not provided. While the property is spacious and suitable for larger groups, the cleanliness did not meet expectations, though it could be improved by a cleaning team. Overall, the weekend was enjoyable.

The house was exactly like the pictures. Very large and impressive. The only house that was large enough to accommodate our group. Everything was clean and I working order. The owner was TOP NOTCH!!!!He was accommodating. Friendly. He checked on us before, during and her arrived at check out time just to make sure we were able to communicate directly with him.

Beautiful property and will definitely saty again when visiting the area.
