Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.

Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.

Folly Field Beach Park: Folly Field Beach Park is a gorgeous stretch of shoreline that is known informally by residents and long-time visitors alike as a local's beach. Seldom overcrowded, with parking spots that are almost hidden by a line of live oaks and squat Palmettos, the park is a favorite for new and seasoned vacationers alike, and features ample stretches of shoreline located just a stone's throw from the wooded park's entrance. The park features restrooms and outdoor showers. A short boardwalk connects the main parking area with the shoreline, and beach matting Is laid down at the end of the boardwalk seasonally, making the route to the shore handicapped accessible. Seasonal lifeguards are also on site, generally from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
Folly Field Beach Park is well-known in local circles as a gorgeous, and very convenient, beach access point, and newcomers would do well to find this almost secretive spot for a fun day at the seashore. With a fantastic, close to the oceanfront locale, and all the little amenities beach-goers need for an extended afternoon or daylong stay, Folly Field Beach Park is a perfect example of Hilton Head Island's longstanding reputation as a gorgeous, and generally sparsely populated beach town.

Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest.

Pets: Our company has a (2) pet maximum, dogs only. Must be pre-approved at the time of booking. All dogs must be 60lbs or under, at least 2yrs of age, and fully trained. Policies may vary property to property. Pet fees are as follows: $350 per dog (1-21 nights), $500 per dog (21-60 nights). This fee is not included in AirBnB total and will be added once your reservation has been made. Additional fees may be incurred if there is significant wear or damage of the property. If any pet is found on premise without advanced approval from Beach House Boutique, guests will be assessed a fee of $200 per night per pet of contracted rental agreement dates AND be asked to vacate the property without refund.

If you require access to the elevator during your stay, please request this in advance. While we strive to keep our elevators in working condition, we cannot guarantee their uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that any defects will be corrected promptly. Mechanical issues may arise that are beyond our control, and repairs can only be performed by specialized vendors.
In the event that the elevator is not operational during your stay, please understand that no compensation will be provided. Additionally, the presence of elevators in our homes does not alter the pricing; guests will not pay extra for this feature, and therefore, no discounts or compensation will be offered for a non-working elevator.

    We enjoyed our stay even though a storm knocked out the internet most of our time there. Dishwasher could use some definite updating since it didn’t clean the dishes very well. Stove was hard to read because the numbers on some dials were worn off. All in all, it was a great family reunion.

    We stayed over Spring Break with 3 families and the children ranged from 6-16. It was perfect size for us and location to the beach was easily walkable. Loved how the pool was covered because we did have a couple rain days so they were still able to enjoy the pool! Kitchen and living room area are plenty big enough for everyone to hang out together for dinner!

    Pictures are worth a thousand words, they say. And I felt the online pics/description were a bit deceiving. The place is not as spacious as the pics portray. Because it is trying to accommodate so many people, the rooms are crowded with furniture with little moving around space which makes it very awkward with so many people in the house. The property was clean but dated, had games & such but were old & worn out, had a nice view but tall unkempt brush blocked it. There was active construction next door - which I feel should have been disclosed as I would have never rented the place. Most disappointing was that we specifically chose this property for the elevator as we had seniors with walkers on the trip and the elevator was so difficult to operator due to the door seals/locks not being aligned properly enough to activate the operation - it usually took 3 people on different levels to get it to function. The kitchen didn't have enough pots and pans to cook a large meal, and the refrigerator was way too small to hold food for a large group. Parking was a nightmare. The drive tightly squeezed in 2 cars, no parking along the curb, and there were no provisions for providing additional parking options (even offsite). On the plus side - the kids loved the heated pool and arcade just down the road. Would not rent this property again.

    overall good - some thoughts for future renters: the ice machine just didn't work, we didn't use ice machine for days and there was still no ice, knowing there was an issue it would have been nice to have ice trays to make our own. The rental process was very specific about now allowing you to enter until 4 pm, which was fine even though it had to have been completed before 4 pm as we were there waiting. I understood the process but to receive an email asking to let you know when we leave so the cleaners can get a head start was in bad taste. If the cleaners finish early you should open the lock early... my two cents

    This home is fabulous. It was just as described and shown. We were close to everything and beach walkable! My family and I really enjoyed our week. We did encounter a leak under the kitchen sink and it was addressed right away from the property manager. I Highly recommend this property!!!

    Property was great. Loved the covered pool. The kids had a blast in the bunk room. Great location. Questions were answered promptly. Overall a great place and experience for our family vacation of 10 adults and 10 children!

    This home was great for our large group, 10 adults and 7 kids. Very spacious, everything you need in the kitchen, very comfortable beds, very clean, and great location. The beach is definately in walking distance along a shaded path. And the house came with 2 beach carts that made it even easier to carry things to the beach. The house manager, Candice, responded quickly to our questions. We vacation together every year, and this was one of our favorite homes! Thank you!
