Stayed Dec 31, 1969Location is outstanding for us. The proximity to access what the mountains have to offer is ideal. Close to Main Street and close to freeway access. Brian is great to work with. The house is being renovated very nicely.

Stayed Feb 5, 2020Property is in a convenient location, proximate to Park City mountain and Deer Valley, local restaurants, groceries, etc. Pictures and online listing accurately depict the property. There was an issue with the property upon arrival, perhaps out of the owner's control. Brian was great to work with in resolving the issue despite between out of the country and multiple time zones away. He had a maintenance crew at the property within 15 minutes. Through the entire experience he was fair, reasonable, and easy to deal with. I would have no reservations about working with Brian again.

Stayed Dec 31, 2019Great property--highly recommend for anyone with a big group. If Im back in Park City, I'd stay at Brian's place again. We had 12 people and plenty of room for everyone to sleep in a bed and the two living areas allows for a large group to have a little breathing room. Bus stop directly in front of the house making it very easy for early morning skiing, or going out for food. We very rarely used a car.
