Stayed Aug 29, 2025Location is great. Just across the street from the beach. The outside shower came in handy when coming back from the beach. Pool, and I know this has nothing to do with the owner of the studio, was not the cleanest. The only time it was clear was just after it was cleaned by the pool tech, otherwise it was cloudy. The space is nice, furniture is a little big for the space but it works for what it is. Could use a mounted corner fan to blow the cool air from ac unit and some blackout curtains as light comes in from outside even when the blinds are shut. My husband did a minor service to the AC unit, what he does for a living, as it needed some cleaning; all ACs need their filters cleaned at least once every 3 months. Overall it’s a great location for the price and roomy enough for two adults that don’t mind sharing space.

Stayed Jul 20, 2025Great little nook to stay for the price! It is an efficiency that has the necessary amenities. The pool area is a delight and check in was super easy. Owner was communicative and we enjoyed our time. Would book again.
