    Ideal location for people who have kids and need to haul what seems to be a truck load of stuff down to the beach. Short walk and convenient area to get all the sand off when it's all said and done. The house is very nicely laid out to give everyone privacy and the living room is a great size to entertain for the evening after a long day at the beach.

    Could use a thorough cleaning. The deck lounges and higher chairs shown on website were replaced with 3 lounges that were unusable since non-removable cushions were waterlogged and never dried out. No help from rental company. Advertised for 8 guests. But bar height dining room table had 6 chairs for our 7 guests. No other higher style chair available. Two sets of 4 chairs outside but not enough room on either deck to combine them. If you cook, only S&P. Good response from rental company on sliding door lock issue. Great location for pool and beach access.

    Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Nicely appointed with large deck for our family meals, as well as a large eat in area. The Weber grill was excellent. We loved the main family room as a place for all of us to connect at the end of the day of activities. The house is on a very quiet street, and only steps away from the beach. Just out through the back towards the community pool, and the beach right there. The house came with 4 bike rentals which were very handy to ride along the beach as well as a quick ride into town to grab some coffee/pastries. Weather was perfect with low70's towards the last week of December. Some favorite restaurants while down there was Al's Aloha Kitchen and SlapFish, all within a 5-8min drive. We did golf at the Shipyard which was only 12min drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

    Peaceful, quiet setting but close proximity to everything in Hilton Head. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

    location was great... but a low maintenance of property was the factor the affected our experience. the upstairs bath was slow draining so when family took a shower, 8”?of standing water on tub. Rotted wood , rusted and screws protruding on deck boards and black mold on deck were everything dent through out.

    Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as listed on the site, very spacious home, and the multiple outdoor deck seating options were perfect for my children to enjoy the outdoors while remote working. 5 minute walk to the very private beach, with the pool even closer. Never a problem getting pool chairs. Plenty of beach towels provided, as well. The only improvement needed was to clean the floors. Seemed quite dirty. Located near the end of North Forest Beach Rd. which made it quiet. 1.5 miles from Coligny Circle making it an easy bike ride for coffee, meals and shopping. Would stay again!
