This is a wonderful location when visiting Los Angeles. You are centrally located near to Hollywood and Universal Studios. You're close to Santa Monica And Venice beach. This house sleeps 6-8 guest. Additional beds available at an additional fee.

For rentals of 30 days or longer,a flat, non-refundable utilities fee is required. This fee is calculated based on the size of the property and seasonal usage, and must be paid upfront.

This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.
