Dina and Mark are great hosts and their property is in a great, safe neighborhood. The property is tucked into a nice neighborhood off the main drag to anything you could possibly want. Restaurants, shopping, health clubs, hiking, various grocery stores, various Veterinary Services, Walmart, Target, Wells Fargo and The Mayo Clinic. The neighborhood is definitely upper middle class and we enjoyed walking around it everyday with our dog. Their property is well maintained both in and out. It is very clean and up to date. The outside has a great, large pool, plenty of well maintained chairs and lounge chairs with nice cushions and outside TV. We used the pool everyday of our 47 day stay and the pool sweeper keeps it immaculate. The interior has everything you need while maintaining a clean uncluttered feel. We would love to live in this house and did not want for anything during our 6 week stay.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed Dina and Marks home. It was very clean and so welcoming. So many thoughtful touches and fully provisioned. We were excited to find everything we needed. The hosts were quick to respond if we needed anything at all. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with a private park in the center. We took our poodle and she loved the house and park. Beds were comfortable and the house was sound. Thank you for making our stay so nice.

Mark and Dina provided a clean, well maintained, fun and easy to occupy residential property. The property is conveniently located to shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. There is nothing this property doesn’t have or offer. Mark and Dina are great property managers. They are pro active in making sure everything is as the guest wants and responsive to needs and concerns; ie blow up beds, pool toys, late check out etc. The stay was perfect and I will definitely lease from them on future visits.

This was the perfect location and the best rental we have stayed in the Scottsdale area by far! The space was perfect, the additional amenities to accommodate our toddler was above and beyond. I envy the backyard! It's the most tranquil and most beautiful outdoor space. The hot tub was top notch! The beds were super comfortable and we slept great! 10/10 would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

I’m a critical care physician & surgeon who was doing some ICU & OR work at an area hospital. We spent a month at this beautiful home. This home offers the best of both worlds. It’s located in a quiet and private area and also a short walk to everything you need. Starbucks, restaurants, gyms, supermarkets & lots more. There is a beautiful private park (home owners provide you with a key for access) across the street from the house. We loved the master bathroom; spa shower & tube. The plush bathrobes in the master closet was a very nice touch; classy. We got optimal sleep as it’s a relaxing atmosphere. We loved the hammock and fire pit in the backyard. We had appetizers and wine out back sitting near the fire pit. The backyard has high powered fans, very comfortable chairs and a high end bbq. The backyard is extremely private. Beautiful palm trees and ivy shrubbery offer ultimate discretion. Ping pong table is wonderful. The home has cable and also streaming services. We watched several movies on MAX. Working with Dina and Mark was a pleasure. They treat their guests as family. Large garage offers ample space for a large SUV. We met so many neighbors waking in the park; very friendly. The home has a nice office space; used frequently. Highly recommended this home. Thanks Dina & Mark.

I love this single story house! It has a spacious updated kitchen, nice furniture, peaceful backyard oasis with large pool and patio. We enjoyed its central location and nice neighborhood. Highly recommend!

We had another place reserved that was canceled the same day we were supposed check in. I saw this home and it was perfect and still available for our dates. Dina and Mark were quick to respond to my request and we were able to rent this place same day! Saved our vacation! The home is gorgeous and the beds are super comfortable. The warm pool was perfect and so was the back area. We will be back!

From the first interactions with Dina & Mark to the day we turned the keys back over things have been smooth sailing. The house is exactly what they said it would be and was a wonderful place for us to spend 3-4 months while away from home. If there was ever a need or a question they were on the spot responsive and always happy to help! The location of the house is perfect - in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but close to all of the amenities that Scottsdale has to offer. If we are ever in the need for a place to stay in Scottsdale we would definitely check here first!
