As soon as we arrived we noticed that it was not clean. The ceiling fans were disgusting, the carpet is very soiled and stained. One set of sheets was soiled we found a spot on the wall that looked like mold. (maintenance said it was not). The basement needs a dehumidifier. It has a very musty smell. The ping pong table was broke and the games all had missing pieces. Also the Wi-Fi downstairs was not good. We really needed that for the baby monitor. I will say that the customer service was very attentive with our issues. They did the best they could do and we did get reimbursed for the cleaning fee. The location and layout of th,e house is great. I don’t think we would recommend this house or go back.
We have a large family and this provided is a great stay. It was very nice and roomy and was so close to the beach! We would definitely stay again!
I loved the layout of the house. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location was great too, with close proximity to the beach and the pier
The house was very roomy and had a TV in every bedroom, & family room both upstairs and downstairs. We had trouble with the dishwasher running correctly, so we washed by hand, the blender and coffee pot were really dirty and the Keurig coffee maker made a noise loud enough to wake the dead. The images we saw online showed a clear view of the ocean. Must have been really old pictures because all the lots directly across the street were filled with houses. But it wasn’t a long walk to the beach. The big front porch was great and they have fireworks @Carolina Beach every Thursday during the summer months.
Nice location to beach and coffee shop
Fabulous stay and wonderful location! Will make plans to stay again!
Our family of 7 comfortably stayed here for Easter weekend. The house is right across the street from the beach. There are many places to eat near by.
Loved the location! The house was large and clean with a nice open space with large windows. We would definitely stay there again.
