10 yr. old single story 1505sf. 2 bedroom home overlooking Organ Mtns

We found this beautiful home with a fabulous view comfortable and well equipped for our winter stay. Bob was a conscientious host with an orientation booklet, and was kind enough to meet with us to go over the essentials. This was the first time that we had rented a VRBO that was actually someone's primary home, not a vacation home. Bob and Carla's note generously offered the use of condiments and anything in the refrigerator, spices and open boxes in the pantry. No designated space was left for us in the freezer and refrigerator or pantry. It was difficult to store our food for 2 months. Drawer and closet space had been made available as we had requested prior to our arrival, but having the dresser in the bedroom entirely empty would have been great. We found the second bedroom to be best as a TV room. The fold-out bed didn't leave room to walk around it. We did not find the bed comfortable. All said, we had a very good stay and would recommend it for another couple!!!

Your home met our needs very well, having the spaces and places and amenities we were used to at home. I used the little office for bills and taxes. We both used the TV room, together and separately. I read in bed and in the TV room, while Jerry read in the living room. We were used to having a pantry, a walk in closet, private bath and laundry area away from the main area. So the home suited us well. Thanks for sharing your home. It felt like home from the minute I arrived

The home is very comfortable with a spacious family room, master bedroom and bath, sitting(BR) with TV. Lovely open area in back with beautiful view of the mountains. Kitchen is adjacent to great room and dining area that provides large open space. Enjoyed my stay and was very comfortable in the surroundings. Very nice neighborhood, close to restaurants, movies and shopping.

Very uncomfortable bed, also the hide a bed. No placed to relax, watch tv, read, etc. Was not a homey place. Was advertised as handicap accessible, had no hand rails in bath, definitely not handicap accessible. Would not recommend this to a friend. Did enjoy the restaurants and the town of Las Cruses, scenery.
