The main house is entered through the spacious living room in lounge style which is divided into two areas.
The living area has a large dining table and a sofa corner by the fireplace.
In the TV lounge corner is an LCD satellite TV with home theater system in the best quality.
A very well equipped kitchen with large American fridge and direct access to the patio.
Furthermore, located in the main house 2 bedrooms with double bed (1 x 2m x 1.80m + 1 x 2m x 1.60m) and a bathroom with underfloor heating.

In the adjoining house, which was completed in 2015, there is the large master bedroom with double bed (2m x 1.80m) with bath en suite (bath and walk-in shower), private terrace and 2 double bedrooms (2 x 2m x 1.80m) and a common Shower room, in the Entrada is a fridge.

To relax, socializing or barbecuing invite you to various chill-out terraces, Balinese beds and lounge corners.
In the spacious patio with pergola there is a dining table for 10 to 12 people.
