This 2011 built, Oceanside Singleton Beach home offers all of the amenities you would expect from a newhome construction with the added benefit of a Free Seasonal Golf Cart Shuttle Service to the Beach*. A 2023 installed, full sized LG washer and dryer are also located on the first floor.

The living room has a spacious area with a two-story ceiling allowing for ample sunlight through its four large windows.
