Stayed Dec 20, 2025Host was amazing. Great customer service. This place is great for couples and singles, not for families. Limited pots and pans and the fridge is old style, so no ice maker or water dispenser. Property is close to most downtown areas but is an a slightly ghetto part of Midtown.

Stayed Dec 25, 2024I will admit at first I was not thrilled with the looks of the neighborhood. However, it was quiet and it was nice to have a fenced in outdoor space. All the places we wanted to go were very close, making life more convenient. A short uber ride to and from the airport. The space is very clean and neat. All the necessities are provided.

Stayed Jan 26, 2024Nice place for the price. The area was a little sketchy. Twin beds were a little stiff but large bed was nice and cozy. About a five minute drive from UT campus . It met our needs.

Stayed Nov 9, 2023Property was clean and accurate with description. Needed a place to stay while moving daughter into an apartment. Quick trip and this place gave us an easy place to sleep a couple of nights. Good location and owner was easy to communicate with and had quick response.

Stayed Oct 5, 2023Clean and comfortable. They updated the fence so it looked different than the outside photo so I wasn’t sure if we were at the right unit when we arrived at midnight. The property manager was very responsive!
