Clean rooms! The beds are just super comfortable! I almost didn’t leave the property! Owner was proactive in reaching out before I arrived to check if I had any questions about the check-in and out process! This will be my preferred property of choice from now on !

The house is large with plenty of room for our big group. It’s in a nice area, and some of us even took a walk around the neighborhood. Close to attractions and restaurants. There were a few issues with the house, but the host was easy to communicate with and did his best to quickly set things right. Seating is a bit of a challenge for a large group with only 4 chairs in the dining room. Had to pull the living room stools in to use. Also, there were only 4 forks. Lots of other silverware, but only 4 forks. Overall, we had a good trip.

Well appointed kitchen and laundry area. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows very flat. There were a couple of roaches and someone was sent out to treat the inside and outside. I requested a partial refund due to one of the showers not being operational but never received a response.

House was spacious and very clean. We appreciated the cold A/C after long days of work in the sun. Host was gracious and eager to make all things perfect

We really enjoyed our visit. The house is nice & spacious. It could use somethings in the backyard to do and deck needs a really good cleaning/sweeping and they could use updated pillows. Other than that, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - nice set up. Great location to things to do downtown - within 10 - 15 minutes.

I spoke to the owner about a few issues and he was very accomodating in addressing the issues. All towels need to be replaced and plastic covers need to be removed from mattresses. The master bath shower was not operable however the listing did not state this. The owner comped me appropriately for this. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with supplies. The house was comfortable. I would stay again with this owner as he was easily accessible and very accomodating.

A tough weekend to be in Atlanta due to the storm. The house was fine but it would have been nice to have extra blankets, etc given the unseasonably cold weather and store closures.

Family summer trip!We were happy to find your property on the area that we needed to spend the weekend. We had only few days to see Atlanta! Not much time!!Unfortunately, the house was not cleaned as we expected:Check in information sent on the last minute Check out information sent 3am 1. Behind the beds and underneath dirty / trash2. The floors downstairs and upstairs were STICKY 3. On master bathroom dead4. Towels have a weird smell, we had to wash but the smell was still there5. At the kitchen Missing basic utensils such as can opener, scissors, glass container to use on microwave or oven6. Coffee pot was not cleaned - filter left with MOLDWe were very disappointed

Our stay was nice and the location was 20 minutes from downtown. I will say, the house needs a deep clean, extra paper toiletries and hand towels or paper towel / stands in the bathrooms. Also, may need to spray for bugs earlier than later. Overall, not bad.

Inside was clean and roomy. 5 large bedrooms. Kitchen was nice. Outside deck was nice as well, although furniture cushions get wet if it rains. Would be nice if there was a storage bin on the deck to store cushions when not in use.

Postives: Brand new washer and dryer Huge place, plenty of room Lovely back seating area-no mosquitoes! Negatives: Cement walkway from the parking was literally crumbling and the senior citizens in our party had issues. Not a great parking situation. Roaches-send someone to pick up all the dead (and living) roaches before your guests arrive. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner Kitchen is bare bones No extra blankets or throws. We got coldish at night.
