10 mins to Strip! Spacious 4B/3B 2-Story Home 1st Floor Bedroom & Full Bath

The property was exactly like it was in the pictures and Alice was a great host. Would definitely recommend and we plan to stay here again next time we visit!

Great location, clean house, easy check in and check out.

Quiet, good neighbor who put trash cans out and then returned them to the side of the house; we appreciated that. House seemed like it is used more for families than partiers which we also appreciated since we are not partiers. Would recommend and would stay again. Alice answered my queries promptly.

House amenities were as listed. Large bedrooms upstairs. Smaller bedroom downstairs but was adequate for the elderly couple not wanting to climb the stairs. Very nice walk in shower downstairs. I would rent the property again.

We needed a great place for 8 people to stay together, the house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I felt like there was great communication with the property manager and the house had great instructions on what to do!

We stayed in this house with my family and my brother’s family. We both had boys playing in the Mayors Cup in Vegas (soccer tournament). It was close to the James Regional complex where my nephew played at (12 minutes or so) and about 25 minutes to where my son played at the All American park. Tons of places to eat nearby and easy access to the strip and other Vegas hot spots. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms we had plenty of room to spare. Neighbors were nice, place was clean and communication with the owner was solid. We will stay here again!

Was really easy to check in and get everything setup. Great property to stay at and visit the strip. We came for a conference and was perfect place to stay at. Would definitely book again. Clean and gracious with supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Great home with lots of space, but could have used slightly more amenities such as blankets, dinnerware, cookware etc. Beautiful and simple decor in a great neighborhood with access to all stores. Communication with host was prompt! Would definitely recommend!

I needed a bigger house to accommodate my family coming to town for the end of the year. This house worked out perfectly, they were all able to be comfortable as if they were at home. Having toddlers and children under the age of 3 as well as teenagers. This house was very accommodating for everyone.

The pictures don’t do the house justice. Clean, airy, spacious, and comfortable. I’m so glad we decided to stay here. I definitely will be back.

We stayed there October 4-7 as we were in town for a charity softball tournament. The house was clean and comfortable and the location was super convenient. We were less than 10 minutes away from the Silverton hotel and I-15. Close to many restaurants and stores which made going out to eat a breeze. The house easily accommodated us and I appreciated the stocked K-cup coffee pods. The neighborhood was newer and felt safe. I would definitely stay again.

Loved staying here! Location was close enough to the strip and close to restaurants snd a Walmart. The host was very attentive—we were missing dish soap and after asking her about it.. it was at our doorstep a few hours later. Will stay again when we visit!
