10 min Walk To The Beach- 2 Master Suites- Spacious 5 Bdrm Waterfront Pool Home

Our stay at this house was almost everything we had hoped it would be. Our host, Jodee, was very responsive whenever we had a question or a need. The space worked perfectly for the 3 couples and even allowed for some privacy as the bedrooms we used were separated well. It is very convenient to the beach area, great restaurants, and other activities. We would definitely recommend this house if you need a great location and space to chill. The only issue was the pool was very chilly, but assuming that was due to the cool weather and the inability of the heat pump to offset the cool days and cold nights.

Location was nice but .7 miles from the beach. We drove and paid 20 to parkThe neighborhood was very nice. We had to clean the pool constantly due to a tree that overhangs and drops leaves continuously. The house was nice but you could tell it was an old house that was updated. The exterior doors were old and loose and didn’t seem secure I you are traveling with older people there are a lot of steps in the house. To consider. Other than, overall it was good.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. We traveled with 5 kids and 2 adults and the accommodations were perfect! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

House was nice and comfortable and location from beaches was great. Weather was awesome!! Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Pool was nice but a bit cool and leaves were dropping from trees a lot… not much sun in location this time of year but we made it work! We experienced some electrical issues and worked with host to try to get fixed. Workers were not able to resolve while we were there. They left panel exposed so we did not use ‘rec’ room, microwave, or washer/dryer for most days we were there. Cable was very spotty and went on and off. Not sure if it was in part due to other electrical issues?!? Overall, we had a wonderful time for our first time to Marco Island! Being with family is ALWAYS a blessing!!

Our family has stayed at VRBO’s many, many times over the years and we always try and give good honest feedback so others can make good decisions. I gave this property a 5 rating not because our property had no issues during our week, but because our host, Jodee, did an outstanding job of addressing any issues and getting them resolved as quickly as she possibly could. This property is a bit older but kept up very well and is represented correctly on the VRBO site. The house was clean and spacious and we felt the pool was larger than what the photos show. There are steps in the house so that could be a drawback but it was not for our family. Proximity to the beach was about a 10-15 minute walk which is stated correctly on the VRBO site. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood on a low traffic street. Upon our early arrival our family of 7 were greeted by the extremely friendly and accommodating cleaning staff who allowed us to store our luggage while they were finishing up cleaning the property. We were grateful that we were allowed to store our bags rather than lug them around Marco. As stated, we ran into some minor issues throughout the week that I believe were caused by the previous renters of this house. Jodee did a great job trying to get them resolved which for the most part was accomplished. We would stay here again if we had a chance down the road. Thanks again to Jodee for taking care of us and helping our family have a great time on Marco Island.
