We really enjoyed Palm Warbler. Great location, layout and many extras! We cooked, played games, built a puzzle, slept well and rode bikes and walked to the beach. Just 7 of us. Plenty of room to spread out and room to spare.

For our golf outing, it was perfect place to stay. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Location was good. The only issue was the couch in the living room was uncomfortable. The dishwasher didn’t work which was frustrating. Other than that, it was nice and worked out well.

We cannot say enough great things about this house. The size was perfect for our family beach trip-11 people. The layout was perfect-1 queen room with private bath, 1 king room with no bath, 1 queen room with private bath. 1 two twin room with private bath, 1 two queen room with huge bathroom. The home was very clean upon arrival and was well appointed with beach towels, kitchen tools, pans and basic spices. The ice machine and drink chiller were added bonuses! Short 10 minute walk to Boardwalk 10. We will be booking again!

The Palm Warbler home was lovely in every way! The layout was comfortable for our family of us old folks and our 3 adult daughters and their families; 8 adults and 3 young grand kiddos. The decorating was charming and linens high quality. With pet allergies we were a bit concerned that the house was listed as “dog friendly”; turned out house was wonderfully clean and we had no sense that any animals had ever previously been in the house. Information that might be helpful to next guests: about 10 nice beach towels are available for your use and there is a great washer and dryer. No beach toys or boogie boards or beach chairs in the house; no problem but just letting you know for planning purposes. Communications with property management was fantastic ahead of time! They quickly and personally responded to my calls and E-mails and answered my questions. I would enthusiastically recommend renting a property through their management group! And finally, Kiawah Island and the beach easily accessible nearby- ???!!!

We stayed at Palm Warbler with friends and had a wonderful time. The house is spacious, clean, and has a very well stocked kitchen. The proximity to the beach was great. And also a beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning home on Kiawah Island for a family vacation, and it was absolutely perfect for our group of 10. The home is spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The open layout made it easy for us to all gather together, especially in the large, well-equipped kitchen—ideal for cooking family meals and spending time together. The location is fantastic, right on the golf course and a short walk/bike ride to the beach. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to make family memories. Highly recommend for anyone looking to visit Kiawah Island!

This was a great weekend for all of us to get together. The property was exactly what the listing said it was. I have stayed in many VRBOs and this home was well stocked with almost anything you would need. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend the property to others.

It was the perfect setting for our family members from different states to meet and attend a family wedding. Loved the house with its large gathering areas and multiple bedrooms with private baths. Highly recommend!

Our extended family of 10 adults / young adults truly enjoyed our stay at Palm Warbler. The decor was lovely, the furnishings comfortable and the kitchen was great — sharpest knives I’ve ever experienced in a vacation rental! It’s on a quiet cul de sac, and not too far from the beach. There was plenty of room around the dining table for family dinners. The grill was put to good use, too. We’re hoping our schedules will allow a return visit soon.

This home was better than we imagined. We truly felt like we were at home. It was lovely and so comfortable. It was so well stocked, I can't think of anything that they didn't provide. They were very responsive, we couldn't have been happier.

This home was perfect for our group of 11 (including four children). The location is very close to the beach with a very pleasant 10-minute walk to Boardwalk 10. There was plenty of space for our three vehicles in the driveway. The outdoor shower on the side of the house was also very convenient after a day out on the beach. My only complaint would be that we were awoken very early one morning during our stay because a lawn service company was blowing leaves from the rooftop and driveway. Other than this, I would most definitely stay here again.
