We have tried to think of everything in our Bungalow, from the pool to the back yard to the comfy mattresses!

The Barefoot Bungalow has been fully remodeled and includes 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, family room, dining area, kitchen, front and back-covered patios and laundry on-site. The house sleeps 6.
The TV/Family room has a 65 Smart TV with guest accounts set up with MAX, Peacock, Hulu or Amazon Streaming for your enjoyment.
• 1st bedroom (Owner’s suite) – King bed, 55” smart TV, dresser, en suite bathroom
• 2nd bedroom – Queen bed and dresser
• 3rd bedroom – 2 twin beds, dresser
Parking – driveway fits 2 cars easily and there is street parking as well
EXTRAS
• The house is a fully enabled smart home. Just say “Hey Google” to ask questions or play music.
• The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you will need including cooking utensils, blender and a Keurig coffee station including coffee, tea and sugar/Splenda
• All bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner,, q-tips, Febreze and body wash provided. Additionally, we have individually wrapped toothbrushes in the off chance you forget yours.
• Puzzles, board games and books are provided for your enjoyment
• Unwind with an old school record player and a vast selection of great music
• For the kids – high-chair, pack and play, kids books and toys
• Workstation – hopefully, you won’t need to work during your stay but we have a mobile work station should you need to

Once you're back from exploring for the day, hop right into the pool and hot tub and let the jets take away all the aches and pain so you can build the energy to do it all over again the next day.
To accommodate a heating request to heat the pool, advanced notice is required as the pool may take a few days to hit the optimal temperature. Heated to 85 degrees - $80/day (average temp at a resort 82-84). We will have pool floats, pool noodles, life jackets, water wings and goggles available to you.
The hot tub is available and hot year-round and does not require a fee to heat.

Enjoy the BBQ area and grill your favorite foods. Corn hole, ladder golf, fire pit and comfy outdoor furniture await you.

HOUSE RULES
**Please read prior to booking as we want you and your guests to have a fantastic experience here and not be disappointed.**
This is not a party house and occupancy maximums will be enforced and events may not be hosted at this location. We respect our neighbors!
- Quiet time is 10:00 P.M. until 7:00 A.M., in conjunction with Maricopa County, ordinances. Please be considerate of our neighbors. Radios, stereos, and all other musical or entertainment devices will be played in compliance with the decibel level. This home has decibel meter devices (does not record sounds, only decibels).
• Max Guests: 6 (any more would need to have prior written approval by host) - not following this rule will result to terminating your stay and forfeiting your deposit
• This is a pet-free home
• No smoking of any kind inside or outside the property
Please be aware that there are 3 cameras for your protection and our liability (one doorbell, one at the front driveway and one in the back yard). At no time should these cameras be covered or tampered with. Doing so will result in early termination of your stay and a $250 fine. If you’re not comfortable knowing I’ve disclosed this, THIS home isn’t for you.

Additional rules
POOL and SPA Rules
No diving
No tampering with pool thermostat
No intoxicated persons may use the pool or spa
No glass containers in or around the pool or spa
NO running allowed as travertine gets slippery
Children may never be left unattended with access to the pool or spa
No lifeguard on duty - you and your guests shall swim at your own risk

CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED: All children must be supervised by an adult in the backyard and inside the pool. Do not rely on barriers to keep children from reaching the pool. No barrier is childproof. Barriers only slow a child's access to the pool.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be on the premises at any time (unless discussed & approved with additional fees paid in advance).

If law enforcement is called, you will be asked to leave the home, with possible fines.

EXCESSIVE CLEAN: A charge of $300 will be incurred for excessive cleans. We will send photos if reported from our cleaners. Excessive cleaning examples (not limited to) dirty dishes left, trash left in the home, any bodily fluid, stained or damaged towels.

NO TAMPERING WITH EQUIPMENT: There is no tampering with or disabling of WIFI, security cameras, doorbell camera, or pool equipment (pool equipment includes both the equipment in the pool as well as the equipment beside the house). Tampering with or disabling of any of these items will result in a $150 fine and possible termination of the reservation without a refund.

PLEASE NOTE: NOTHING BUT TOILET PAPER IS TO BE FLUSHED, IF YOU CAUSE A PLUMBING ISSUE YOU WILL BE HELD LIABLE FOR THE CHARGES.

Signed agreement and a copy of government issued identification is required for every booking per House Rules; booking implies agreement to complete all of the above steps within 48 hours of booking and honor house rules. Non-compliance with the above means no entry.

NO REFUNDS OR RENT REDUCTIONS WILL BE MADE DUE TO MECHANICAL FAILURES OR MALFUNCTIONS, INTERRUPTIONS OF UTILITIES, MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS OR CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA. WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO REPAIR ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUE IN A TIMELY MANNER, HOWEVER WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE ISSUE WILL BE FIXED DURING A GUEST STAY DUE TO SERVICE REPAIR AVAILABILITY AND/OR WARRANTY ETC. We will always look for alternative solutions to ensure and prioritize guest comfort.

By confirming your booking of this home, ALL GUESTS hereby acknowledge and agree to follow all house rules, neighborhood rules and city laws and ordinances.

Booking this reservation implies agreement to adhere to all of the above house rules. Non-compliance of the above means no entry and/or immediate cancellation of reservation or remainder of reservation.
