~ 10 Mi to Dtwn: Indianapolis Home w/ Game Room!

We enjoyed our stay here. Out of state friends joined us in Indianapolis and we called your place home for four nights. Your house was conveniently located for visiting friends, having family drop in, dining, shopping and the drive to Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indianapolis Zoo. If the opportunity arises, we will be back to our home away from home in Indy again. Thank you for making your home so welcoming and comfortable.

House was clean. It had a great comfy feeling of home. Enjoyed coffee on the deck and the fun of the game tables in evening in the basement. Kris, our host, was quick to respond to questions, very accommodating with early check-in.

Very clean house. Easy and smooth check-in. House has all the amenities you expect and it’s clear the owners have thought through what it takes to create a comfortable stay. Highly recommended and we will book again in the future.

Really great property minutes away from shopping and entertainment!! My family and I felt right at home with everything we needed. We always grill when we get together! Thank you for having a grill on property!! Loved the game room! The layout of the property was great!! Plenty of parking!! Everyone was pleased! Well priced for the area!! Only one suggestion,… please invest in new bedding for the bedrooms! It’s a little dated.

Charming home with plenty of room for our family of 7. The location was within minutes of MANY restaurants and shopping centers. Although the street is pretty busy, the neighborhood is relatively quiet. We would book again!

Family and friends came for the weekend for my daughter’s baby shower in Greenwood. We were 15 minutes from her home. Comfortable beds and furniture throughout. House was very clean. Enjoyed the back deck, and when my grandson came over he loved the games tables and toys in the basement. Overall excellent, only thing we would have liked would be ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.

The property was the perfect spot for our stay visiting Indianapolis. About 15 minutes from downtown with plenty of local restaurants and places to shop close by. Spacious and accommodating. Fun little game room was a plus. Plenty of bedrooms. clean and comfortable

We were in town for extended weekend for volleyball tournament. It was just what our family needed so that we weren’t stuck in multiple hotel rooms in down time. Kids played air hockey and ping pong, adults caught some March madness. It is an older home but it is clean and has the needed stuff and some extras.

The house was exactly as described in the app, and we were very satisfied with the location. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, and amenities were very nice. The basement bedroom was a little cold for a winter night, but we made it work with extra blankets. We really did enjoy our stay and would happily return.

We were in town for the Royal Rumble. The house was nice and clean. The kids enjoyed the games in the basement, but i didnt realize that one of the bedrooms was also down there. It was quite cold in that room. The other downside was the traffic noise that you could here from the bedrooms. The street that the house is located on was quite busy as well so it could be difficult to get out of the driveway. downside could here

Stayed for 3 nights, with 4 friends. Very clean home and easy to find. Stayed a long weekend to catch a colts game. Went downtown every day with no traffic issues. Roughly 10 mins from downtown, lots of restaurants and shopping within a few minutes drive from house.

We loved staying here! Everyone had their own space and everything was made easy for us. This was a last minute stay as my husband was preparing to deploy and it was a great weekend with no stress. Great area that had lots to do and great restaurants and added fun with the games in the basement. Definitely wish we had more time because the backyard and porch looked fantastic to go out and just relax. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen with pans, basic seasonings, coffee, etc.

What a great, clean and welcoming home. Close to all the attractions. Nice quiet safe neighborhood. Fun games, nice deck, plenty of towels, & comfy beds. This house had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful with a later check out request to help us out. Thanks Indy for a great weekend!

Great area with lots of restaurants and parks. This was a last minute booking before my husband took off for deployment and it did not disappoint. Amenities were convenient.. especially having the basics such as coffee and cookies supplies. Kids loved the games in the low level. Back yard is wonderful and wish we would have had time to utilize it more but plan to come back into the future and definitely will.

We came for gen-con. We enjoyed this house. No extra bedding but bedding was soft and comfortable: 15- 25 minutes from downtown in traffic. Overall great place with soft beds. Don’t leave food out there are cockroaches.

We were 8 Religious Sisters attending the conference. We were extremely satisfied with our arrangements. We would highly recommend this vrbo again . Thank you so much.

Nice house perfect size for our family and a great location. My granddaughter really loved the games in the basement and was down there at least 2 to 3 times every day.

House was as advertised. Rooms were spacious enough for adding pack-plays for infants. Basement bedroom was also great. They had air hockey and ping ping ball tables and washer and dryer. Best part was the big back yard that was fenced in with a great deck and charcoal grill. We also used the fire pit. Owner was very responsive and accommodated our needs. Would definitely stay again.

House has all the amenities and a nice patio deck that we used quite often.
