10 Mi to Downtown Flagstaff: Home w/ EV Charger

The house was very nice, clean, and had all amenities. The host was very responsive also.

We absolutely loved this place. The couches and beds were super comfortable. It had a/c and stayed nice and cool the entire time which doesn't happen everywhere in Flagstaff in the summer... The backyard was amazing with beautiful trees and hammocks and swings. The yard was fenced for our sweet little dog who ran around playing fetch with pine cones. There is a patio and propane grill, You Tube TV, decently stocked kitchen - with dishes and utensils so we made breakfast and dinner at the house. We were happy to just stay and relax and would absolutely return. They also have an EV charger that we didn't use - but we will do so next time because we have an EV and usually don't bring it unless we know for sure that's a good option. We love this place! Also, the check in and out process was super simple - they let us know in plenty of time how to check in (where in the past with other VRBOs, we've had to contact the owner as we are arriving). They sent emails and texts long before arrival so no stress there... I emailed our guest contact person when we got there because a closet had a broken lock (just didn't want them to think it was us) and she responded instantly. She also responded instantly another time when I emailed about something simple... Great customer service!

This place was amazing. No stress of stairs in the house with our littlest one and a high chair. All the kids (all 7 and under) loved the swings and big back yard and so did our dog. The house was clean and plenty of towels and linens were provided. Great coffee maker as well. Truly great place to stay!

Property was clean and organized. Quiet neighborhood. Clise to downtown Flagstaff. We in for the weekend, visiting friends and taking in a show. It was perfect.

Our family of five (plus two dogs) stayed for a week in December. Cool weather outside but the house was warm and comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers. The fenced yard was the highlight for the dogs. Very quick drive to Flagstaff for dining.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Everything in the house was well thought and the back yard was much bigger than the pics showed. Great for the kids! Everything was clean and in nice area. My only complaint would be that the king bed wasn't all that comfortable.

We were a group of 4 adults and two dogs, and we had a great weeklong stay! We had plenty of space and the location is great. It’s easy to get to and just a short drive to downtown Flagstaff. Three of us worked remotely for a few days and the Wi-Fi worked like a champ. The neighborhood was scenic and quiet which made for nice lunchtime walks, and there are a handful of easy hiking trails within walking distance. The dogs loved the spacious backyard, and the humans enjoyed the patio and grill. Also, the EV charger was super convenient and worked well.

Nice and comfortable house and location.

We had a great long weekend staying in Kachina village. This was the first time we stayed in this area and loved how easy it was to get to/from the NAU area and historic downtown. The house was great, beds were comfortable and the backyard was larger than I had thought it would be. We didn’t bring our small dog but it was fenced in so if we had decided to bring him he would have been fine. Communication with the owners was seamless, they were very responsive and nice. We would stay here again!

Everything in order.. its very clean, cozy, and close to everything.. its spacious and very airy which is very comfortable and restful day after those long day of day trips.. thank you for allowing us to stay in your place.. we love your place..
