We have been vacationing at Hilton Head for many years and would say this was one of our favorite houses. The layout was great and the views were spectacular! Kitchen was well equipped. The only thing that would have made our stay better would be the use of the elevator to take luggage, groceries, etc. up three flights of stairs. We did not have access to the elevator even though one was there.

Our family had an amazing time at this beautiful home right on the beach. The accommodations, the pool, and easy access to the beach were perfect.

This was our first visit to HHI and although we were unsure of what to expect with the location and beach, this home ended up being by far the most wonderful we’ve ever stayed and for a multitude of reasons. Firstly, I have to say we have been traveling with VRBO for many years and this was the first time we didn’t feel like we just booked a house, but were being hosted warmly in a HOME by it’s thoughtful owner. Kimberly was immediately available from the moment of our arrival through our last day and not only was her communication phenomenal— but we all felt how deeply she cared about our experience in the home as a whole. I have never had a stay experience quite like it. The home itself was perfection: the beds were comfortable, the lay out was incredible, the house was immaculately cleaned, rocking chairs on the upper balcony were an awesome touch, the view from upstairs living room is unparalleled, oversized chair napping area: wow, the location ended up being a gem— far enough away from the busier/more crowded parts of the beach so each day we basically had it to ourselves— it was simply was amazing. The only thing I would note, as we were unaware of the layout, was that the bunk room (with the queen bottom) is only accessible by passing through another bed room— there is no private way in/out. For a family with younger children—those two rooms would’ve been perfect! Thank you Kim from the bottom of our hearts for such a beautiful and memorable stay in your lovely home!

My husband and myself and our three children’s family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, well furnished and the beds were comfortable. It was a lovely family vacation with wonderful memories!!

The house was lovely and an excellent location. Much to our surprise the garage fridge was broken therefore we lost lots of food such as fresh shrimp, chicken and ground meat. Although it was not advertised the house had an elevator which would have been perfect for my mother who suffers from COPD but it was also inoperable.

The location on the beach was stunning, and the amenities provided made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. Your home was the perfect setting for our family gathering of 16, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We spent a week at 10 Ironclad with my family to celebrate my 70th birthday. We were a group of 8 adults 6 children( ages 5-12). There were enough beds for all and each bedroom had an attached bathroom. The house was beautifully decorated and had an amazing kitchen! The kitchen was very well equipped. The best part of the house was that it had two living rooms, one upstairs near the kitchen and the other downstairs opening to the pool. We found this very convenient for our large group and never felt crowded. The downstairs living area had a large refrigerator. There was a Foosball game which was a great hit! The owner was very responsive to my questions. We arrived one day early and stayed at the Omni so we were able to beat the crowds on check-in day. The gate passes are $25 cash and only 4 are allowed. They can be picked up early but entry to the house is only at 4:30 pm. The house has two large garages. We got take out most days and I would recommend the following restaurants as they were great- CASA BLANCA-delicious Mediterranean BULLIES BBQ- the best beef brisket and sides! GENERAL STORE- Fried chicken, go early, they run out by noon! YUM! GIUSEPPI’S PIZZA- very good! Trash pick up is on Wednesday and Saturday There were a few floats also in the garage. The house has a lot of steps, the master bedroom and kitchen are on the upper level, the rest of the 5 bedrooms are downstairs, and front entry is also with steps.
