Stayed Aug 23, 2025The rental was enjoyable and convenient. Beach front property as advertised and the pictures are accurate. Communication was prompt and the rental company/ owner addressed questions we had. Some property things to consider are stairs within the home. There are two bedrooms on the main floor which are accessible and we appreciated that. The stairs to the upper story are slightly steep and winding but not a major barrier to enjoying the upstairs level, however, this may impact others with mobility issues. The balconies on the upper level were also a nice treat from the bedrooms.The minor things that we encountered were keypad entry issues that were resolved quickly, on arrival the fridge was not very cold but did eventually cool / freeze after a few hours, and the dining room lights flickered a few times during the stay. Lastly, this could have been easily missed but we were unable to locate additional trash bags for the larger trash bins but this can be packed out purchased independently.The home is quaint and is well supplied. It is very family friendly or for couples. The simplicity was pleasant, the furniture was intact while not feeling extremely worn or outdated. The owners also provided intact beach chairs in storage which was a nice touch. Directions for checking in and out are clear and I would recommend to review the rental agreement.

Stayed Jul 23, 2025We had a great time at this beach house. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed! The picture made it look newer than it was, but it was fine. Loved the rockers on the front porch to watch the ocean!
