    Fantastic property! We would love to stay here again. It isn’t often that a property exceeds my expectations, but this one did. It was very family friendly with multiple areas to hang out in. Being so close to the beach was fantastic. Also, the rec space under the house right next to the pool was a great gathering place after the little ones went to bed.

    Beautiful house. Tons of space. Great covered outdoor space. Beach access at the end of the driveway which allows a quick 60 second walk to the beach. We will definitely visit again!

    The house was wonderful. It was very spacious and matched the listing very well. As somebody who comes to Hilton Head frequently, I will definitely look to rent this property again. The location is perfect both within Palmetto dunes, and in terms of it’s proximity to the beach.

    My husband and I, along with our best friends and all of our adult children and their significant others (14 adults), recently stayed for a week, and we had an absolutely fantastic time! The house was spacious, well maintained, and perfect for our large group. The house is located in a great spot, at the end of the cul-de-sac, 2nd row from the beach, and the beach access path runs right next to the house, so just a few short steps and you're enjoying the sun & sand. There was an abundance of common areas. We loved gathering in the living room, kitchen, and dining area for group activities such as cooking, eating, and playing games but it was equally as nice to have other spots to gather so it never felt like we were on top of each other. Big plus - the kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals and more dishes than you could ever use. I'd love to see an empty cabinet (or two) for food storage. One of the biggest highlights was the outdoor space. We loved the lounge area and bar but spent the majority of our time in the pool. Not only does the pool have bench seating along either side but is the perfect depth for groups to stand and socialize. I have to give the Vacation Company HUGE kudos in their response to a couple of minor issues during our stay, not only did they respond immediately but always followed up to ensure we were satisfied. Overall, 10 Brigantine exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning in the future.

    This house was a great house for our family of 10 adults and 5 kids under 6 years of age (2 of these kids were babies). There was plenty of room to hang out inside and outside this home. The pool was also perfect for our family and the walk to the beach was under 5 minutes.

    We visited the week between Christmas and New Years, so not exactly prime beach weather. There were three generations of extended family, 17 people total from 2 to 80 years. The house fit us all. The location is fabulous, on a cul de sac with the beach access path right next to the house. The house came with four bikes, and the sand on the beach is naturally packed down to allow for easy riding for miles. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, drinkware and cookware. The double dishwashers allowed for another round of clean dishes at all times. We did have some challenges with the aging oven evenly heating food, but the convection mode helped. The grill outside is in need of an upgrade, but the hosts are aware, and may have replaced it before the next season. There is quite a difference between the massive suites upstairs and the bunk room on the main floor, so be sure you can fairly distribute your guests without jealously! But plenty of bathrooms and showers for all. The Vacation Company manages the property, and they were responsive to the few minor issues we had during our stay. My only complaint was that after paying rent on the property, we also had to pay additional for parking passes for each car. You’d think that at least the first few would be included in the rental. Overall, very happy, and we’d come back again.

    A little bit of a bumpy start, but the property manager took care of everything within the first 24 hours. The location could not have been better and for 4 couples, it was perfect having a private king suite per couple. We would definitely consider again for another HH trip!

    The Vacation Company made it very easy and convenient to rent this property. The house was beautiful and there was plenty of space for all of us. Our only disappointment was the pool and spa. It was not as appealing as it seemed in the listing. The gunite in pool needs to be cleaned and the filter needs to be replaced. It didn’t work properly. Other than that we enjoyed our stay as we were steps from the beach and the weather was beautiful.
