Stayed Feb 29, 2024When I booked this location I advised we will be coming in on a bus, but the bus would not be staying. It was just a drop off with 17 teenage girls and 2 coaches. We were not made aware of the HOA policies for this location and when we arrived at 9:45pm were told we could not enter and all they could advise us to do is call a shuttle, their shuttle. The guard gave us the number and told us to go to a lot down the road and park. We called the number and there was no answer. Why you ask? Because the shuttle only runs 9am to 9pm. We made arrangements with an amazing company to shuttle us in and still when we arrived at the gate the guard did not want to allow us to enter. I had all my paperwork and confirmation information and after a bit we were allowed to enter. This happened every time we came and went the few days we were there. When we arrived one entire room had no lights and the AC did not work in one of the rooms. Multiple windows and the back door were unlocked. There was one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and limited towels although we stated how many guest. (The house holds more than we had). We made the most of our trip and my girls had a lot of fun. The house was beautiful and they did come fix the AC issue which was a battery issue with the remote. The gate workers were rude and the HOA rules need to be laid out for guest or explained. The property managers were very responsive when emailed or called.

Stayed Oct 15, 2023The house as amazing. The kids loved everything about the house, with the themed rooms being their favorite part. The resort was the cherry on top because we were able to enjoy that at anytime that we wanted.
