1 Tupelo is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom located in the middle of Sea Pines. This home has a large pool and is dog friendly! Completely fenced in yard making this home perfect for the family who loves to travel with their doggo.

The home is great for entertaining! The kitchen has a large granite island to allow for folks to gather and opens into the living room, making sure everyone can be included. If someone is looking for a bit more privacy, look no further than the bright Carolina Room! This space can be separated from the rest of the living space with its large double doors. In the fall, feel free to open the sliding doors! The fresh air and bright space is perfect for enjoying a book or working remotely.

The living room and Carolina Room connect to the shaded grilling deck along the side of the home and the bright pool deck on back of the house. Open and invited space for guests to enjoy, with a pool and spa that can be heated for an additional cost!

The King Bedroom is connected to the pool deck and has a private en-suite bathroom. The other King Bedroom also has a private en-suite bathroom with dual vanities. The Twin bedroom and second Queen bedroom share the hall bathroom with the rest of the house. Each bathroom has a shower and tub. All bedrooms have TVs with Rokus and Cable through the Spectrum App.

Outside of 1 Tupelo, you will find yourself in Sea Pines, home to the legendary Harbour Town golf course and lighthouse. Sea Pines has a ton to offer from shopping, dining, and wildlife. 1 Tupelo is a short bike ride or walk to the Forest Preserve, Harbour Town, Shops at Sea Pines Center and the Beach. Walking will be very popular with your four legged guests!

**Sea Pines Rules and Regulations**

-Sea Pines Plantation prohibits all trailers, pop-up campers, motorcycles (including three wheelers), large-lifted pickup trucks, extended vans, vans with company signage (visitors in company cars will not be allowed in), work vans, golf carts, and RVs. Boats (prior permission needed), kayaks & surf boards (must be on top of car, no trailer), and large family vans. The only exception would be handicap accessible vans.
-Parking along roadsides and off driveways is prohibited
-Beach Club parking is not available, the Trolley system must be used to access the beach club. Trolley system does not allow passengers to carry large items such as wagons, chairs or coolers
-Vehicle Passes are limited to number of cars able to fit in each driveway, Passes are required to reenter Sea Pines when on a bike, in some cabs, and using Lyft. Try to carry your passes with you when you leave for reentry to avoid any difficult situations at the gate. Bikes can reenter without pass if they take picture of the daily door code posted when they exit.
-All animals in the plantation must be on a leash at all times
-Do not disturb the wildlife. Wild Animals live in Sea Pines, such as alligators and coyotes. Please be aware of this and do not interact with the wildlife.
-Beach parking is prohibited on all roads in Sea Pines. A complimentary beach shuttle service, direct from a designated parking lot to The Sea Pines Beach Club is available for Sea Pines weekly rental guests. *Must have Short Term Weekly vehicle pass issued by Sea Pines CSA.

    House was lovely and well-equipped. Didn't give 5 stars because of problems heating hot tub and shower in master bathroom needs updating (shower does not function well and difficulty with water temperature.) Also no previous knowledge of whether bicycles at house could be used by renters so perhaps added expense of renting them.

    We had a fabulous time at Beachside Getaway! The house is fully stocked with everything you need for a fabulous vacation. Neighborhood is lovely (just be aware of the alligators on the island!). Our two teenage boys loved the house and pool. We rented bikes and rode the neighborhood and to the beach daily - the beach is about a mile bike ride away - gorgeous ride through the golf course. The nextdoor neighbors were lovely and the neighborhood is very dog friendly. We did have a few issues while we were there (pool water low and master bathroom sink drain) - the property mgmt company was incredible, very responsive, quick to fix and followed up. There are parts of the house that could use updating - carpet was pretty dirty in the bedrooms and the fenced in yard could use some lattice around the deck, our small dogs did get out through a gap near the deck so we have to figure out how to close the area off. All said, we will definitely be back and will consider this house again. Thanks for the hospitality.

Communication with the Beach side Getaway team was super easy, they were super quick to respond to any questions and they also checked in during our stay to make sure everything was ok. House location is excellent, very clean and it has everything you’ll need during your stay. We were very happy and were definitely coming back.

    This was nice house, and is ideal for two families, as there are two master bedrooms and two rooms for kids. It is a ranch which also makes it nice for grandparents, but I enjoyed not having to drag luggage upstairs. No slippey steps to the pool either. I have been to Hilton Head 12 times and stayed all over the island and everyplace has it's advantages and disadvantages. This is what I liked about this house. It has a really nice pool and working hot tub. One of the best we have ever had. It's in Sea Pines, which I prefer because I like biking and there a lot of paths to bike and run on. It has a fence to protect you dog. It's very close to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, where you can fish stocked lakes and hike. My son likes to fish. It is a five minute drive to a plaza with a grocery store, gas station, some off the radar restaurants, and also close to a CVS and an urgicare. Sounds stupid but you always need something and in Sea Pines it doesn't feel commercial but this house is not that far from civilization. The only negative is it is a little far from the beach. We biked to the beach club and rented chairs and umbrellas through shore beach service. It took 14 minutes on bike. It was our first time on a public beach, so lots of people, but I did like the bar and close bathroom. There is a closer beach access which we used in the morning to take our dog for walks on the beach. Overall, I would recommend this house. We enjoyed our stay there!

    Three generations (ranging from 6 months to 63!) plus two dogs enjoyed a wonderful vacation at 1 Tupelo. The house had a great open floor plan with plenty of space for gathering and for quiet time. We loved the heated pool and hot tub, especially since the weather was a bit cool, and our dogs enjoyed the fenced yard. Hope to return next year!

    The house was very comfortable for six adults and two children. I would definitely stay there again. Very good location only two criticisms one the bathrooms could be updated but OK specially, the master shower there were way too many beach knickknacks around the house that’s just my personal taste, otherwise everything was perfect. We love the dog run and so did a dog Boomer.
