Welcome to our idyllic Nashville family home, a rare, single-family, one-story bungalow designed for comfort and relaxation. With a huge yard and ample space to sleep 10, this property is perfect for family gatherings or group getaways. Located almost within eyeshot of the Titan's stadium, and just 5 minutes from East Nashville's vibrant Five Points for food and nightlife. You can eaven reach downtown Nashville in just 10 minutes, placing you at the heart of the city's vibrant culture.



This home is not only spacious but also pet-friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs to join your stay. The fully fenced yard is ideal for your furry friends to play and enjoy the outdoors.

    The house was so cute. Very nicely decorated we had a great time. The only downside that I did not see mentioned in the other reviews, was the road noise. It is on a very busy intersection so be prepared for loud road noise until after 12:00am when it finally dies down a bit.

    The property is as advertised, bedrooms are generously sized with very comfortable beds and pillows, bathrooms are new and every need has been considered with ample towels, soap, and good lighting. The only issue requires you to bring headphones for sleeping, the street noise is real and it woke me throughout the night with cars revving and stereos blaring until past 1:00 am. Also, the driveway has a little area that needs to be thoughtfully navigated, it could use an extra bit of concrete at the entry to fill in the space between the driveway and the curb. Besides that we enjoyed the decor, comfy beds, private yard and large living space.

    We enjoyed our stay at this property. Clean, well- appointed, walkable neighborhood with space indoors and out to gather. Checking in and out was a breeze. Beds were very comfortable. Our only complaint is one where the owner has little control. The traffic noise. The home is situated at a busy intersection. The street noise from passing cars made sleeping a challenge as the bedroom windows faced the street. A white noise app on our phone easily fixed the issue.

    We came to town for a girls trip. Our location was so close to downtown Nashville about a 5 minute Uber drive. The house was cozy and very clean. We will come back and stay here again.
