Overall great house, wonderful location. When we arrived the house was full of dog hair and dirt all over the floors. Took days of sweeping and vacuuming to clean it up. Didn’t have a quilt on 2 beds for 2 days. Had to call back to get sheets for King. Bit disorganized. But everything was exactly as advertised, nice place just not very well maintained. We had a wonderful time and definitely left it cleaner than what we found it.

House has four bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the main living area. There are 2 bedrooms with private baths, 2 that share a jack n jill bath and another bath (uncooled) at the pool area. All appliances were in working order (dryer seemed to have a hard time drying loads of towels). The house is newer and most everyone slept ok in the beds. The pool is smaller (and 4 foot deep), but it was nice to have. There are a few little grassy areas for your dogs to go potty. The beach was truly a five minute walk straight down the street. It’s a beautiful beach and we were able to go everyday. The floors were very dirty because of the sand. We bought cleaning supplies and cleaned them again right after we came. Two days later, they were filthy. I think some runners, rugs & waterhose would help. I don’t really understand the lack of hand towels or kitchen linens, but we brought some since the property management said they weren’t provided. The towels for bathing were not the best either, but we just did laundry frequently and bought extra towels to use. The communication from the property management company was excellent and we were glad there was frequent garbage pick up during the summer season. If there had been some rugs, cleaner floors and better/more linens, I would have rated the house a 5. It's a nice place, really close to the beach (and walking distance to some eateries), and not as expensive as some places with pool/pets accepted. We’d happily come back.

When we first arrived at property it was filthy did not know we had to clean every room and every floor of the property. There was pet and human hair everywhere, one bathroom was disgusting the drain had tons of hair as well, was very disappointed with the cleanliness
