1 Minute Walk From Amazing Red Rocks Trails With A Relaxing Hot Tub!

Everything was great, such a convenient location to hike.The only thing missing was a regular coffee maker. Our group drinks a lot of coffee.

We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and coffee (yay) and the beds were cozy. We enjoyed the hot tub and playing some old school Nintendo games with our kids! We felt well prepared for our adventure to Slide Rock State Park thanks to the water shoes, lawn chairs, and cooler. And the proximity to Sugar Loaf trailhead was awesome! Thanks for everything, Chris!

This is being the best VRBO. It is located in a perfect spot; close to a beautiful hiking trail, nice and quite but a few min driving to everything necessary . The house itself provided everything we needed, the house offered coffee , hiking supplies and all the necessary things plus it was clean and comfortable . The host was very nice and polite. I spend great time with my two girls and husband . The hot tub is a nice final touch after a long hike and the outside area is great for enjoying the stars .

This is a great house and a perfect Sedona location. It's just a block away from amazing hiking trails and nearby to great grocery store options. The house is well appointed with comfortable furniture, beds, a fully equipped kitchen and keurig coffee. We loved the hot tub, too! Thanks for the great stay!

Property was as pictured. Very clean and comfortable furniture. The beds were also very confortable. Equipped with everything you need, just take your hiking clothes and enjoy this home within a minutes walk to the beautiful red rocks of Sedona. The hot tub was perfect after hiking and horseback riding. We went trout fishing and cooked the fish on the grill outside. My husband and grandson enjoyed a game of bags one afternoon. Chris was amazing and exceeded expectations. We were almost to the airport after checking out, when my husband realized he left his phone at the property. I contacted Chris and he immediately replied and made sure the cleaners found the phone. Chris then went out if his way to ship the phone via UPS. Thank you Chris!

Host was proactive, responsive, friendly and helpful before and during booking. Place is really lovely. Location is wonderful- very quiet and close to trails. Also walking distance to West Sedona grocery stores and other restaurants and shops.The yard is private and has birds and it's lovely to sit out in. Furniture was very comfortable and the home is well equipped. We cooked every night. Everything worked perfectly during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We loved the Jacuzzi! But especially the location. Only a few minutes from Central Sedona, but we could still just walk a few minutes to a whole series of trailheads that could keep you busy for days!

We had a fantastic stay and it was the perfect place to ring in 2026! The house was very comfortable and beautifully appointed, with thoughtful touches throughout (the coffee press was such a nice surprise). The hot tub was spotless and set to the perfect temperature, and having a fire pit to enjoy both in the morning and evening was such a special treat. Our host, Chris, was as a pleasure to work with and helped us extend our stay at the last minute when we had a schedule change. The location truly couldn’t be better. We hiked Sugarloaf, and the views were absolutely amazing, plus the trailhead is literally less than a one-minute walk from the house, which made it incredibly convenient. As a bonus, we even saw javelinas on two separate occasions, which made the experience feel extra special and truly Sedona-unique. Peaceful, scenic, and perfectly situated, this home made our Sedona experience unforgettable. We would absolutely stay here again.

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay at this home! The location is fantastic and central, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The host was quick and responsive when we had a question about the digital lock, which made check-in seamless. The home is updated and thoughtfully equipped—we especially loved the lending closet stocked with water shoes and other helpful gear for enjoying the outdoors. The house is close to the Sugarloaf Trailhead, and while we didn’t make it to the Seven Sacred Pools as planned, it's only because there is So Much To Do In Sedona! We also didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, but the space and supremely comfortable beds made it a perfect base for our adventures. Would recommend!

Our stay was absolutely fabulous! From the amazing views, to the phenomenal backyard with the perfect hot tub to relax in at night, our family had such a wonderful time in this home. We will definitely be back again if we find ourselves in Sedona! The host has everything you can possibly need and we appreciated all of the amazing hiking gear that you could borrow to make your stay even better. Great break, perfect location

Very clean and all imaginable amenities. The host was very responsive with the one issue we had which was a disconnected cable from the previous renters. Very central location. All in all, a great home for us to stay in.

We are four gals who have been friends for 53 years. We celebrate ‘big’ birthdays in special places and Sedona was our pick. The home was perfect for us - clean, well equipped, spacious, comfortable, contemporary. (Even has a regular drip coffeemaker and a Kuerig, so different coffees at the same time for coffee drinkers.) Easy to negotiate a variety of streaming choices on large flatscreen. The backyard was so pleasant; private, complete with hot tub, shade, and birds at the birdfeeder. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and one block from a network of hiking trails. There is a neighborhood brewery within walking distance! It is easy to find and easy to drive to anywhere, north or south of town. And best of all, the host is very responsive.

Great location near the trailhead. Also close enough to quickly get whatever you needed from town but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. House was clean and comfortable. Everything was a breeze and didn’t have to worry about anything for the whole stay. Kids loved the hot tub which was an added bonus.

My family and I loved this house. It’s so close to trailheads that you can walk from the house to the Sugarloaf trailhead that takes you to many trails including the keyhole cave and tincup trail, even to solders pass if you’d like! There was a hot tub, plenty to do outside and the inside is stocked. We loved this house and look forward to coming back again!

My wife, teenage son and I stayed in this home for a few nights over Spring Break. It is only a two minute walk out the front door to miles of great trails. The neighborhood is quiet and only a 2 minute drive from numerous restaurants.

This was wonderful home. Clean and had very comfy beds. Loved that we were steps to sugarloaf trail head. Loved the special touches like hiking sticks and water. Would stay here again.

This is a beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood. Please read the property description as it is exactly as advertised! The property comes complete with all that we needed for an enjoyable getaway in red rock country. The host thought of everything - even supplying bottled waters, great for taking along on hikes.As great as this property is, the best part is dealing with the host, Chris. We had an unexpected travel issue that delayed our arrival. We contacted Chris to make him aware. His act of kindness in response to our travel woes was greatly appreciated and will definitely be remembered. Thank you again Chris!We highly recommend this place, and hope to return again soon.

From the second, we stepped into the home I was blown away. It was not only so beautiful, it was clean and very well appointed. We cooked there and that kitchen was amazing. We walked around the neighborhood. We loved the hot tub. We went hiking the following day and were just steps away from the trailhead. They even thought to have backpacks and other things we would need for our hike. I was seriously so impressed. The entire experience was beyond all of my expectations. Thank you so much. We’ve already talked to my sister-in-law and her husband to join us on another trip soon!

We had a great time staying in West Sedona. This house is near the trailhead to fabulous hiking. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. We used the kitchen each night to prepare a meal. Perfect for our group of friends.

We LOVED our time in Sedona and at this property! Chris was incredibly responsive every time we communicated. We had an amazing time and would recommend to anyone looking for a great location! We did have a rental car and all the hikes and restaurants were easy to get to.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient to trailhead. Host provided plenty of water for hiking which was much appreciated. Primary shower was difficult getting in and out, however, secondary bathroom had another shower. Would stay here again.

It was wonderful. Check in/out was super easy. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and extra sheets etc. They also provide backpacks and other items for hiking, such as water bottles and walking sticks. You really are just steps away from the trailhead and a short drive to other places as well. Nice quiet neighborhood. If we go back to Sedona (which we plan on because it’s so beautiful) we would definitely book with them again.

The pictures of this house do not do it justice. It is such a clean comfortable home. It has a very inviting backyard as well. The location was very convenient, there was even a trailhead in the neighborhood. The hosts thought of everything that you would need in your home away from home. We had a great experience.

Girls trip to Sedona and the property was absolutely amazing! The home is beautifully decorated, stocked with everything you could ever want and more, AND is in the most perfect location! Walkable distance to hiking trail, short drive to shops and restaurants. Gorgeous back patio with hot tub too. LOVE!

Property was the perfect location and size for our family of 4. Great neighborhood super close to hiking and only a short drive to downtown Sedona. Owner thought of everything, from hiking poles and packs, coolers, water shoes, and water for hiking. Would definitely recommend and stay again if our travels take us back to Sedona.

I don't often leave reviews and when I do, I don't often give a 5-star review. In my opinion, that means perfect That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I am unable to find anything to complain about. The house is an older home very nicely furnished with new appliances and a new outdoor grill. You could look out of the living room window and see hot air ballons lifting above Chimney Rock Mountain. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood off the main drag, but close to hiking or anything else you might want to do in the Sedona area. I guess my only complaint was that I took my wife (and granddaughter) to uptown Sedona and she had the credit card! Highly recommend this property for a peaceful stay in beautiful city.
