Guests access the front door by walking up the sidewalk to the front porch. Once you enter the front door, you will find a foyer that leads to the dining area, living room, staircase to the second floor and small hallway to a half bathroom and stairs to the primary suite. The dining area connects to the screened porch, den and kitchen. There is an open floor plan layout between the den, kitchen and in-kitchen dining area. The king suite, the queen suite, twin suite, family room and laundry room are located on the second floor. The back deck is accessible from the living room and the primary suite.



NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger people will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. Sea Pines is a private gated community with very specific rules and regulations. Motorcyles, motorhomes, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, are not permitted in Sea Pines. Any nonconforming vehicle will be turned away by Sea Pines security. No weddings or events can be held on rental property premises.



Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Between early March and Labor Day, rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot. More details can be found at seapinestrolley . com.

    Great house in a great location. It is well furnished and the bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Our family loved the sreened-in back porch. The pool is large with a nice mix of sunny areas and shade. Short - minute walk to beach.

    This was such a beautiful property and location for a family vacation! Quiet, secluded neighborhood with a short, oak and palm canopied paved short walk to the beach. The house is comfortable, clean, and spacious with comfortable furnishings in both sitting areas. The four en-suite bedrooms are a huge plus - privacy for all when needed! The large well-appointed kitchen with counter seating made for wonderful memories of our kids cooking side by side for us and their families. The pool was the perfect size, allowing for the adults to gather around the spa while the children spent hours splashing in the pool. The screened-in patio was the perfect spot for watching the rain during the afternoon thunderstorms. There were one or two issues that were quickly resolved. We loved our stay and hope to return.

    The house was really nice. There was plenty of space for our family. It consisted of 4 adults and 6 kids 12-18 years old. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we could need for the week. The only thing I could say that was not “perfect” was the condition of the pool. It was cleaned on Saturday, so while it was clean, it was somewhat rundown and aged. And we could. It get the hot tub to work. But other than that, everything else was 5 stars! It is right on the bike path so super easy to get to the beach too! Overall, we loved our stay! Thank you!

    This house is gorgeous! It’s location is perfect with just a short walk to the beach. The inside was very clean. The exterior pool area was hard to maintain. A lot of debris (leaves, etc.) always in the pool/ filter. The screened patio was was lovely. Aside from the kitchen faucet needing a desperate replacement, we had a fantastic vacation.
