1 min walk to private beach-Linens included! Booking for 2026!

Checkout time is too early. Most everywhere we have stayed in the past is at least 11AM. The number of tasks requested at Checkout is excessive. Given that we paid the cleaning fee, etc. we should not have had to launder beach towels, or empty the dishwasher. The shade in the master bath did not roll up so no way to benefit from the breeze outside or air out the bathroom. The King and Queen beds were too hard for us . For little expense the owners could add actual pillow toppers to soften those beds.

What an outstanding stay! Hosts were phenomenal to work with from start to finish, home was extremely well attired and adorable - as cliche as it sounds, we felt extremely “at home” here. Location is a 10/10. The “walk” to the beach is like 50 yards, and the view of the ocean and sunsets from the back yard and head of the kitchen table are an added bonus. We are extremely particular everywhere we’ve rented and this home checked every box for us. Thank you again for having us!!

We had another wonderful stay! We absolutely love this house!!! Everything about it is perfect: the location, the layout, the furnishings, the neighborhood. It's so cozy and close to the beach. We even got to see Sammy the seal. We learned from the locals that he likes to visit the beach and swim along the shore. The hosts are super responsive and accommodating. If you are looking for a quiet beach getaway, this house is for you!

We were in town to see family and selected this home because of it's proximity to the family home. What a treat to wake up to the sound of waves and birds! The hosts thought of everything, from the well appointed kitchen to the well appointed basement for beach outings. We hope to return next year if the calendars align for another family trip.

The location is very desirable, you go over either one of the bridges and you're 15 minutes from your destination. When you walk in the door the property does not disappoint. It looks exactly as pictured and described on the website. It was sparkling clean and very well appointed. The beds are all comfortable and rooms are open and airy. The outdoor spaces were also equipped with everything you need to wind down after a day at the beach. The owners thought of everything you will need. All we had to do was unpack and start our vacation. If you're looking for a safe place to go on vacation with your family look no further. The location is quiet and safe and the road is traveled mainly by people who live or are staying there. The whole week we were there maybe 5 cars went by the house. The access to the beach is diagonally across the street from the house and there are stairs that lead down to the beach. And the boardwalk is a short walk to take in the prettiest sunsets you'll see. I would bring water shoes as there are some rocks and you'll be able to better walk along the long stretch of beach. If for any reason you need to get in touch with the owners, Desiree's response time is immediate. I recommend this property without hesitation.

We stayed for a mother/daughter weekend and had a fabulous time. The house was in perfect condition with everything brand new. Loved the ocean views from the dining room and master bedroom. The proximity to the beach was awesome. We could easily walk back to the house for the bathroom or more snacks. The owners were very responsive when we had questions. They provided excellent recommendations in the guestbook. I would definitely recommend this house! We hope to be back next summer!
