The main villa you are renting is part of a larger residential building.

• A studio is located near the driveway on the left
• These spaces may be occupied by the owners’ family, friends, or vacation rental guests

✔️ No shared access or interaction

Your exclusive use of the villa, backyard, pool, and front yard is guaranteed.

10:30 PM – 9:00 AM (indoors & outdoors)
Please also avoid blocking the gate to the left of the garage door.

• No parties or events
• Small family/friends gatherings are fine (6–8 people max)
• No loud music or disruptive behavior
• Please be respectful of the property and surroundings

Pet Policy

$125 pet fee per booking (pets up to 50 lbs)

• Guests must clean up after pets

• This is not a hotel. Basic starter items may be limited.
