Only downfall was that there are not any tvs in the bedrooms. After a long day of wine tasting it would have been nice to lay in bed and watch tv. All in all it was wonderful and with it. We would rent again.... But being iPads to watch tv.

This home is located in a charming neighborhood convenient to all. The house is really lovely, very clean, and the owner made it feel like home with seasonal decorations, kitchen pot holders, and towels. We have rented short term rentals often, have learned to bring our own supplies, but it would not have been necessary with this house. It had the best stocked kitchen we have ever seen! We all agreed our beds were very comfortable. There was an abundance of bath towels. The backyard has lots of seating areas, and we spent some time there because the weather was balmy. Day time was spent shopping local stores and visiting wineries. We enjoyed the holiday lights in Fredericksburg, Johnson City, and Kerrville on three consecutive nights. We would have loved to stay longer, but Christmas was right around the corner, and duties called at home. We would definitely recommend it!!

It is walkable to Main Street, not a quick walk but definitely walkable and a pretty walk. Nice quiet neighborhood. It has everything you need and more!

This was perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday. The house had a fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Downtown was within walking distance and HEB just a short drive if you need groceries. Highly recommend!

The backyard was great for hanging out. The space worked well for 2 couples. Would also be nice for a family with children. The property management company was very helpful. It was a quick get away for the wives of our friend group. If temp wasn’t so hot, it would definitely be walkable to Main Street, but it was 103+ while we were there. The house is adorable, clean, and the beds were comfortable ! Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Stayed with my daughter and her young family. My son was getting married in town. Great location and plenty of room for the 6 of us. Back yard is great to relax with morning coffee. The check in and out process is very simple.
