Stayed Aug 27, 2024The Townhouse was lovely! Fabulous job decorating, was warm, welcoming and felt new! Very cozy and loved sitting out on deck! A couple of things that need to be addressed: 1) there were no parking passes (this didn't seem to be a problem though) 2) Would have been helpful to have instructions on how to use the TVs. 2 huge issues that I believe have to do with VACASA and their cleaning: 1) The dishwasher was not emptied. I'm not even sure the dishes were clean. 2) HUGE Problem - Lint Filter in the dryer as completely filled, talking about an inch or more thick with lint. Wonder if the filter was ever cleaned this summer. Overall, loved our stay, and would definitely go back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This home is in a convenient location to Fenvick island and Ocean City. Beach is not far yet the location on the bay-side is calm and quiet. Everything was as advertised. Kitchen is well equipped. Room darkening blinds would have been nice, it gets bright early in late June.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969House looks like a new build on the inside. Super clean, cookware was new, plenty of household kitchen amenities. Amazing views, I will 100% rent there again. Its a shame the VACASA fees are so expensive.
