Stayed Oct 4, 2025The condo was great. The owner provided everything one needs to enjoy the visit. There was a game room and a washer and dryer. The kitchen was nicely appointed with equipment and utensils. I would stay here again.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024We have been staying in this town house for several years now. The location is perfect as it is just a short drive to everything- shops, restaurants, hiking trails, the river and the ski slope. It's great to be able to bring our dog! The owner is always quick to respond if you have any issues or questions. There is always an upgrade of some kind also- new AC units in the living room/dining room area and the upstairs bedroom which work great! They added new blinds to the windows and last year a new big screen tv. It's well kept and always clean. Can't wait to go back!

Stayed Oct 5, 2023I've rented from Joe multiple times. We go up as a family of 8 for Fall hiking. House easily accommodates the family. Fully equipped for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Perfectly positioned on the Kancamagus Hwy. Just few mins from Loon (shuttle provided in the winter for skiing) and just a couple of miles from the center. Joe is very responsive to any items and or questions. Looking forward to renting agiain in FY24!
