Stayed Oct 12, 2024This is our second time staying at this home; it is the perfect size for our group of friends. We wanted to take one more trip before the season ended and were so glad we could rent this place again. We hope we can use this house moving forward for all of our river trips! :)

Stayed Aug 16, 2024My friends and I have been going to Havasu as a group for four years, and we've been trying to find a place we feel we can rent for our future trips. After our stay here, we feel like we've found that place. This house has the perfect amount of rooms and restrooms. The rooms were all great sizes, and the beds were very comfortable. There was also plenty of room for parking, even for my friend's boat. The pool and game room were great bonuses. Overall, we loved this house and hope we have the opportunity to rent it for our future trips. ♥

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We came for a weekend for the Desert Storm shootout. House was nice and accommodating for 11 people. The game room was a nice extra sleeping area.

Stayed Feb 17, 2023Beautiful home. Very clean and well kept. The only thing that I didn't like was no closet in the master bedroom because it is kept locked with maid supplies. We made it work, but would have been nice to hang clothing in room we were sleeping in. Definitely will rent again when in the area.
