The home was comfortable and welcoming. The only strange thing was that you entered the house through the master bathroom!

This unit fit all of our needs regarding location, cleanliness, and amenities. I would 100% recommend this property to my friends and family and will revisit this if I'm in town in the future!

Add cocktail glasses and larger wine glasses. Need Hair dryers in both bathrooms.House was clean and organized.

The place was perfect for our ladies trip. Property was very clean and it was everything we were looking for. Quiet neighborhood and the host was super nice and readily accessible when we needed additional support. Will certainly recommend this place and would certainly love to come back.

Very good!! Great house and stay! Very welcoming to find a welcoming message to us plus wine, water, and snacks! The beds were great, and we really enjoyed the patio area. Only improvement would be the grass around it be mowed. Hope to visit again!!!

The 4 of us enjoyed visiting many wineries in the 4 days we were in the area. The home had ample room for us. The king size beds in each bedroom were very comfortable. AC worked well. Clean and plush towels. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels rolls were on hand, but we managed. Bathroom by back entry needs a light above the sink. We didn't do any cooking, but if you did, countertop space is very limited. Outside of the house isn't much to look at, but interior is pleasant.

Great place to stay! Clean and comfortable.

The house was perfect for our sisters' weekend. The kitchen is well appointed - although we didn't use anything except the refrigerator and the coffee pot - ha! The home is very clean, with homey touches added. It's centrally located - not more than a 5 minute drive to anything. Property manager was promptly responsive when we had a question. Really appreciated that the check-out process was not onerous!

This was a great home for a family or girls trip. Quiet, and close to downtown Fredericksburg. We loved the king beds in each bedroom, but wished there was more seating in the den area. The backyard was beautiful, but it was too cold to use it. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

House was great for 2 couples. Welcome sign and waters and snacks along with a bottle of wine was a nice surprise.Only little issue was how the one restroom was set up coming in the back door.

We got there to a nice clean cool house. They had snacks set out for us, a bottle of wine and water and fruit juice in the icebox. They also had a gallon of water for coffee and the coffee pods. The location is close to Main Street. We had a great time!

Father Day getaway. We really enjoyed just the quiet relaxation of this property. It was also conveniently located.

This house was perfect for our girl's vacay. We each had our own comfy King bed, and the house was very clean! They left us water, juice, coffee, snacks and a bottle of wine! The house is exactly as pictured, and the outdoor patio is very nice too. Very close to town and nicely decorated. My only suggestion would be adding a light above the mirror in the bathroom by the garage. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you for having a great home with all the amenities needed to be comfortable.
