Beautiful house , nicely redone , convenient location

William was a great host! We had a small problem at check-in but William was more than prepared! The house had all kinds of amenities and personal touches that made the stay even better.

We had a great stay! The house was more spacious than expected, with a lovely front porch, back deck, and backyard that our kids loved. Each bedroom had its own AC unit, which was a big plus in the summer, and having laundry on-site made things easy. The kids loved the bean bag chairs and games they found in the cupboard. The location was ideal—just a super short walk to downtown, yet set back on a quiet street. Perfect spot for our family to stay for a wedding weekend. Parking was a bit tricky with just one street pass, but we made it work. William was always quick to respond to our questions leading up to the trip. We'd absolutely stay here again!

We just recently stayed for the weekend. The location was perfect. Walking distance to all the hot spots of downtown Newport. The house was very well maintained. Large open kitchen for large groups with a spacious backyard for gathering outside.highly recommend!!! Hope to return again. 5 stars all around

Stayed at the VRBO for a long summer weekend. Everything mentioned in the listing was spot on. Easy process.

We were in town for a wedding and could not have been more pleased with the house. It was very comfortable and plenty of room. The location which was ideal, close to everything and allowed us to walk everywhere. Although we did not eat there, the kitchen had everything and was fully stocked. There is a charming back porch and yard. We would definitely rent this house again.

This house could not have been in a better location! Legit steps away from everything, an awesome deck and backyard and front porch. 10/10 would stay again it was beautiful!!

Was a wonderful stay for Memorial Day Weekend! House was in a perfect location, very easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go! Would definitly stay again and recomend

My group and I had a great time at this property! We stayed here for a bachelorette trip and it was the best location ever. We walked everywhere so it was super easy to get in town. We were also able to check in early too which was super helpful for us traveling out of state. The only downside was it seemed like another group had checked out right before we checked in so I’m not sure if there was enough time to restock things like toilet paper, or fully clean down the house between arrivals. (There was sand on the floor when we arrived, sheets were clean but not on the bed we had to put them on, there was half-eaten ice cream left in the fridge etc.) But, overall we still had a great time and would definitely book again!
