Welcome to 1 Hunt Club in beautiful Palmetto Dunes! This 4br/4.5ba family home is just an easy 10 minute walk to the beach! The features a private pool and hot tub surrounded by tall palm trees making it your own backyard oasis!

Upon entering the home you are greeted with an open layout, vaulted ceilings and wall of windows that overlook the pool.
The main living area consists of a sitting area with sleeper sofa and two armchairs. This opens up to the main living room with large section sofa, accent chair with ottoman and 64 TV mounted over the fireplace.

The kitchen has been updated with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. There is a large glass top kitchen table with seating for eight and a formal dining room just inside the front door that seats another eight guests.

To the left of the foyer, are two guest rooms. One room has a queen bed with 21 cable TV and the second offers two twin beds with 25 cable TV.

On the other side of the home, you will find the master bedroom with king bed, 32 cable TV with DVD and VCR. The master bathroom has a double vanity, soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. Down the hall from the master bedroom and up two stairs is the fourth guest room that offers two queen beds, 21 cable TV and private bathroom.

Off the kitchen area is access to the private back deck with BBQ grill and large outdoor dining table that can seat the whole family for dinner!

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
