You will experience all that Warsaw MO. has to offer Im on the 86 mile marker of the lake. 5 minutes for downtown Warsaw. My place is across the street from the lake and you'll have full access to the lake. We have a covered dock you can rent for 15.00 dollars a night. You can swim and fish right off the dock. I have a kayak you can borrow. . There is a deck with bbq grills, firepit, and plenty of sitting for outdoor relaxation

Stayed Sep 12, 2025We were happy to get a short notice reservation and the cottage is in a sweet spot. We enjoyed hearing a rooster, and having a comfortable deck for stargazing. We did not take advantage of the kayaks, but it was nice that they were available. The place was clean and cozy enough room for two. We were in driving distance of lots of fun places, including antique shops and the Truman Dam.

Stayed Jul 19, 2021We enjoyed our stay. The couch folded down and provided a bed for our son. Our bed was comfortable. We spent a lot of time using the shared outdoor space. The fishing dock is a short walk down the hill. The swimming dock is a short drive away.
