    We don’t usually do reviews, but felt like this one was a must! This property absolutely exceeded our expectations. We had 8 of us total, spent a week here with 6 kids (Ages 21-26). The property was clean, spacious and literally had everything we could possibly need. The location could not be any better! Waking distance to the Coligny Plaza shops, restaurants and grocery store. Very short walk down to the beach which was pleasantly just far enough down away from the very busy public beach. Being able to fit all 3 cars in the garage and out of the sun was fantastic. The elevator was a pleasant bonus with moving bags up and down. I’m not sure I can say enough good things about this place. We will 100% come back here again.Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

    We had a great weeklong stay at 1 Curlew to celebrate our parent’s 50th wedding anniversary! The house was great for 8 adults and 7 kids. So much space and plenty to do. The location can’t be beat! You can walk to the beach and Coligny. The house is clean and well maintained and we had no issues! I hope we can come back!

    We had four generations gathered for Thanksgiving and this house was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone and lots of seating for meals. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels provided. The kitchen has every pan and tool you could need! It’s a short walk to the beach or to Coligny shopping and restaurants. The bikes and beach gear were so nice to have.

    Very nice house. Pool was small but kids loved it. Pool deck was nice. House was well equipped with bikes and beach items. Location was excellent and the neighborhood and street were nice. House was user friendly. A few small negatives: toaster needs replacing; oven was unpredictable; one master BR night table lamp didn’t work; the ice and water dispenser on the fridge needed cleaning. Otherwise I would have given a five star overall review.

    1 Curlew was excellent. It was spacious enough that our family of 14 never felt cramped. The pool is a bit small, but that didn't stop us from enjoying it, especially the grandsons! The garage was absolutely loaded with beach things, so you may not need to rent or bring anything. There were 2 beach carts, 2 umbrellas, 5-6 beach chairs, at least 6 boogie boards and loads of sand toys. The downstairs A/C stopped working one evening due to a clogged drain line. A call to the property manager was quickly returned and an HVAC company was out within 3 hours to get the unit back up and running. Great service!
