Stayed Jan 27, 2022When we arrived at the property, the hot tub cover was off and spewing water on the deck and sliding glass doors. The spewing was a result of the water level being too low. I imagine the cover had been off for some time. We loved the location, the garage and the size of the rooms. What was disappointing was the lack of towels for the hot tub (we had just enough for showering which meant we were doing laundry) and no hand towels in the entire unit. The dishwasher was not cleaning the dishes even though we could tell it was relatively new and a great brand (we have a Bosch). Our impression was that the unit is one of many and the extra touches did not matter. We did enjoy the family time and as mentioned, the size of the unit was nice for all six of us.

Stayed Nov 24, 2021Property was great and we had a blast being so close to downtown. I would definitely stay again! Hot tub was cold, which is the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969They only positive part was our check-in and check-out experience with the property management company and the location to Main St. We've stayed in Breck in a few other locations and this was the worst for price. The doors leading to the hot tub don't lock and are hard to open. There is no furniture on the back deck so you can't sit outside which is a bummer. The 3 bedrooms do have their own bathroom for each which is a plus but the furniture is outdated/falling apart and crammed in each of the rooms. The furniture in the living room is falling apart. The pots and pans have seen better days. No spatula or hot pads. Dissapointed for what we paid and what we got. This place needs some TLC.

Stayed Jul 5, 2020The location of this property is perfect. You can walk everywhere. We've stayed in two other units in this particular complex, and this one doesn't compare to the other two. The screen doors in the main living room and bedrooms aren't installed (they're leaning against a wall in the garage), so you can't leave the doors and windows open when it gets hot in the afternoon or you are bombarded with bees. Because of the way the house faces, it gets very hot in the afternoon on the main floor, so this was really frustrating. There were dishes that had been put away dirty before our stay. The pots and pans are peeling and in pretty bad shape. We did not have oven mits or pot holders or spatulas in the unit, which made cooking both in the oven and on the stovetop challenging. Almost every room had lightbulbs out. The top plug in several of the electrical outlets didn't work. The hot tub took a very, very long time to heat up. One of the first days we were there, we turned the temperature down early in the day for our kids to swim, and by late in the evening it still had not heated back up enough for the adults to use. It was serviced in the morning the last full day we were there, and it was still cold to the touch late in the evening. There was no other furniture on the deck, so the only way to be outside enjoying the beautiful weather was to be sitting in the hot tub. We love One Breckenridge Place, but we would not stay in this unit again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Wonderful location and size of condo was great, but it could use some updating. Carpeting was somewhat stained, and a lot of the cabinets were a little beat up. The screens should have been installed on patio doors, and should have working fans. The one we tried to use moved across the floor. We brought our own then forgot it when we left. Overall, a good stay and convenient to downtown. Breckenridge is a great place to visit.

Stayed Mar 23, 2019How do I begin with this review? I will start out with the positive comments. 1. Great location 2. The management company was very responsive to issues but overly irritated with us telling them of the problems. 3. Reasonably large unit with a single unit garage 4. Let us in an hour or so early which was nice! Here are the negative components: 1. There is no quality control in this unit whatsoever. 2. We walked into the master bathroom toilet being filled with what else but crap. Management sent the maids over to correct the issue and the maids said this was a recurring know issue and probably the hot tub maintenance team causing these issues. The management did give us a $50 gift certificate for crap being left in the toilet. The time we spend cleaning everything wasn't worth $500 off . 3. We felt the need to wash all the sheets and towels because of this and all the dishes. 4. Sliding doors would not lock in two locations. The one leading to the hot tub out back was off the track. There were doors unlocked when we arrived. 5. There was paper on the floor, paperclips on floor, light bulbs out all over, sheets that didn't fit and you ended up sleeping on the bare mattress, random pieces of dishes, plates, lack of toilet paper, etc.....on and on. 6. There were no shades in the master bedroom windows at the top of the wall and thus light came in at 6AM and you could not sleep. 7. You could not eat at the dining table unless you wore sun screen and sun glasses unless it was after sunset (comment made by one of the couples) Windows were not covered at the top and the sun directly hit that table and all the sitting areas in the living area. 8. Master living room TV was maybe 30 inches and the TVs in the lower bedroom were probably 15 or more years old. 9. Temperature control varied significantly throughout the house 10. Hot tub cover was damaged . 11. The roads in the complex were not maintained properly and were completely covered in ice. I am surprised someone didn't injury themselves walking to the ski lift. 12. King bed in the basement was two twins pushed together. 13. Old sheets on all beds. I would be really upset of I was the owners of this property. This has the potential of being a great place with some attention to detail and care. Just for the record, I have never had the need to write a negative review before this incident and don't have the time to waste doing so---this in and of itself should impart the message.
