1 Block From Beach, Sleeps 12, Open Plan, Large Deck, Game Room

Our family of 11 loved our time at this house. It is close to the beach and easy for littles to walk there. The kids also loved the additional sand box in the back yard. A few things would elevate the experience. While the counters are clean in the kitchen, the drawers had a fair amount of crumbs and such. It was challenging to navigate around the kitchen as things are somewhat hodgepodge in their placement. Labels on drawers and cupboards would be helpful. Kimberly was very easy to contact and communicate with. Overall our family had a great time.

We appreciated the proximity to the ocean. Even in the rain, it’s a beautiful sight. The beds were very comfortable and the open floor plan was perfect.

The lovely home was equipped with activities for all ages. We had teens, young adults, and kids under 6 and everyone was entertained. Spacious, comfortable sleeping quarters and walking distance to the beach. The hosts were receptive and answered questions quickly. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway, we wished we had a longer stay.

It was ideal for our needs, and the description of the property details was perfect. We highly recommend this property and owners to other families.

We really enjoyed our stay, and loved the layout of the house. Perfect for a group or 1-2 families to fit comfortably and still have space. There were a couple little things that we didn’t receive prompt communication on, but did enjoy this house and would come back again.

Wonderful beach home perfect for families, great amenities and comfortable accommodations. Fabulous location and awesome kitchen for preparing meals. Great towels and the side yard with sand toys was perfect. Loved it! A few maintenance issues (master bathroom toilet tank doesn’t work well and has to be monitored every flush; lights over both bathroom vanities were not working and not replaced during our 4 night stay; food and wrappers under hide-abed couch; no garbage bags provided. We figured out the quirks as the host was unresponsive to my texts after the first night. It’s a great place to stay.

Easy just check in, close to the beach, and plenty of room for everyone. All the kids really loved the house.

The Oregon and California families gathered. Cousins reconnected. Accommodations were perfect and comfortable for all. Just a few inconveniences. Master bath toilet temperamental.Wrong remotes with TV’sMaster side light broken. Sony speaker had no plugWould have been nice to have some Kleenex

Property was incredibly comfy. Amazing layout worked very well for our family. We had a wonderful stay and was very impressed with the cleanliness, distance from the AMAZING beach and quick response when we had any questions! The ping pong table was a huge bonus for the kids! Really hope to come back!

This was a lovely house. Easy enough walk for my two kids 5 to the beach. Toys were a hit. Beds were fairly comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and utensils. Overall it was easy to check in and start the vacation. Only 10-15 min walk down to Kiwanda Cape and Pelican Brewing. Absolutely stunning views as well!

The only reason I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness and checkin process was that we had a hiccup checking in and the property not being ready for us. However, the owner has quick to make it right with us and get the house turned over swiftly, which we really appreciated and only caused a minor hiccup.

Great location. Good size for family gathering. Only problems were really dirty floors. Full garbage cans on arrival, clothing items left by previous renters.

Great family home, game room, location our family loved it.
