The living room offers ample seating, a large flat-screen TV, and pool views.

A second formal living room provides a quiet space to relax or read. The backyard is one of the home’s best features — a large multi-level deck with a pool, attached spa, lounge chairs, dining space, and lagoon views.

Inside, the first-floor hallway leads to the powder room, laundry, and primary bedroom. The primary suite includes a 4-post king bed, workspace overlooking the pool, flat-screen TV, and private bath with double sinks, glass shower, and jacuzzi tub.

Up the grand staircase, a bright den features a desk and small balcony — perfect for working remotely. Off the den, one guest room has 3 twin beds. Another features two full beds and access to a full bath. The next has a king bed and private bath, while the last upstairs room also includes a king bed and ensuite. Upstairs offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms total.

The garage connects via a covered breezeway. Above it, a full suite includes 2 twin beds, a queen sleeper sofa, large flat-screen TV, pub table, and full bath. The garage also features a ping pong table — perfect for family fun. 1 Baynard is located off the Harbour Town Golf Links, just a 6-minute bike ride from Harbour Town, the beach, and the Shops at Sea Pines.

**Sea Pines Rules and Regulations**

-Sea Pines Plantation prohibits all trailers, pop-up campers, motorcycles (including three wheelers), large-lifted pickup trucks, extended vans, vans with company signage (visitors in company cars will not be allowed in), work vans, golf carts, and RVs. Boats (prior permission needed), kayaks & surf boards (must be on top of car, no trailer), and large family vans. The only exception would be handicap accessible vans.
-Parking along roadsides and off driveways is prohibited
-Beach Club parking is not available, the Trolley system must be used to access the beach club. Trolley system does not allow passengers to carry large items such as wagons, chairs or coolers
-Vehicle Passes are limited to number of cars able to fit in each driveway, Passes are required to reenter Sea Pines when on a bike, in some cabs, and using Lyft. Try to carry your passes with you when you leave for reentry to avoid any difficult situations at the gate. Bikes can reenter without pass if they take picture of the daily door code posted when they exit.
-All animals in the plantation must be on a leash at all times
-Do not disturb the wildlife. Wild Animals live in Sea Pines, such as alligators and coyotes. Please be aware of this and do not interact with the wildlife.
-Beach parking is prohibited on all roads in Sea Pines. A complimentary beach shuttle service, direct from a designated parking lot to The Sea Pines Beach Club is available for Sea Pines weekly rental guests. *Must have Short Term Weekly vehicle pass issued by Sea Pines CSA.

    We have been coming to Hilton Head for 20 years. Great location, quick bike ride to the beach, close to Harbour Town. Plenary of room for the 11 of us without being on top of each other. Everything exactly as it was described.

    Lovely large home! Beautifully decorated! Large rooms and plenty of space for the 10 of us! Great location! 15 min bike ride to beach .. same for the Salty Dog Restaurant and Harbor Town! Super response from rental agency! We had a problem with the pool and they immediately took care of the situation! Terrific home!

    Fall break with lots of family! This property is great. Plenty of room (we had ten adults and four children under seven years). We didn’t feel crowded. The house was very clean. The pool was big and easily seen from the back of the house. Property management was prompt with response to our questions. Would absolutely recommend to family and friends.

    Every few years, our entire family (13 of us) take a summer trip together. There were 8 adults and 5 kids ages 5-11. This summer, we chose Hilton Head’s Beachside Getaway. Communication was great from day 1. Check in process was very easy and the house was actually ready early! The house is very large and beautifully decorated. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable. The house is at a great location-really close to everything. When we went to the beach, we took a short drive to get on a Trolly…which was never crowded. I received a message shortly before arriving saying that the deck had some soft boards and that caution tape was put down for added protection. It appears as though the wood hadn't been treated for quite some time, so we picked out many splinters over the week. It will be so nice when the new deck is done! It still didn’t stop us from enjoying the pool/hot tub every day. We had a wasp nest form while we were there, and a worker was quickly sent to remove it. Can’t say enough about how great the communication was. Very close grocery store, but we also got Amazon deliveries during the week as well. Check out process was very easy compared to some homes we’ve stayed in. We would definitely stay again!
