066097: La Quinta Home on Golf Course w/ Pool!

Our host was great.Met us upon arrival and explained the pool computer and answered all question. The unit was clean and stocked with all needed pots/pans. Master bedroom was spacious and comfortable.

Great location, furniture somewhat dated by overall solid place to stay.

Our stay was great! The location of the home was close to the festival we attended and the home was a great size. We had issues with the front gate and had some trouble getting in touch with the property manager but Evolve was able to contact the owner who cleared things up. Overall it was good and I’d stay again.

Nice back yard, some of the furniture is starting to show some wear, but the place is nice and clean.

A Great place

Property is very clean and location is awesome to play PGA golf courses. However, there are items broken that need repair. Dishwasher top rack was actually held together with rubber bands and was difficult to open and close. The outdoor fire pit was inoperable. The leather couch, though comfortable was ripped in places. The sliding glass doors and sliding screens were very difficult to slide back and forth. Even after I sprayed with WD40, they still had problems. If repairs are made we would probably stay there again.

The location of the property was great for our time spent at PGA West. The early morning walks and the close proximity to the golf courses and restaurants were a plus. The property was clean, had plenty of room, had almost any item needed for an extended stay. The property manager, Dwight, was very helpful and he responded quickly when we had an issue with the TV. The negative would be that the living room leather couch is worn and has torn areas in the seating cushion, the price paid for the 7 days should include the pool and spa being heated, not required to pay an additional amount to have them heated, and the fire pit did not work. The cool evenings would have been more enjoyable if these amenities were available to us. It was also a little unsettling when the cleaning crew arrived unannounced at 8a on checkout day, (checkout 11A), while we were dressing and packing.

Property was perfect. Dwight was awesome.

Great house and pool. Secure, gated community. Nice layout of the house, lots of space. Just 4 of us that stayed there. Only real complaint was the pillows were a little tired. But easy to fall asleep with the amount of pool and sun we all had!

Great property overlooking golf course, great pool and patio area! Home has unusual casita set-up which is perfect for those who want separation from remainder of house. The twin beds would have been better as a king bed, for two couples. We would stay here again!
