I actually didn’t know what to expect when we got to Under the Tuscan Sun but this house was fabulous, location was amazing, a tiny walk around the corner to private beach access with chair/umbrella rental waiting as you walk into the beach area. The house was as described but sleeping arrangement was even better than I thought, the pull out couch wasn’t the living room couch it was in a private area on first floor so no one had to sleep in the family room area. We had 18 in our party, each room has a bathroom attached to it. Plenty of room and bathrooms for our large family. Check in and out super simple as well. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a rental in Miramar.

The family had a great time . The house was clean, great communication with the host. Plenty of room for family and friends. There was some minor issues. the doors wouldnt stay locked to the master bedroom. The doors would push open when the air-conditioning was on. also mini fridge does not work on third floor, and the outside shower knob is broke, have to play with it to shut it off. And it would have been nice to have some spices available in the kitchen. the outside grill, could have been cleaner. Other then that, we would stay there again, great house, neighborhood, beautiful beach.

Amazing home. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out yet a luxurious family / kitchen space to accommodate our size 18 family. Oversized island & grand dining table gave everyone a place to eat. 3 floors but no worries about the 2nd & top.....theres an elevator! Master suite~~ life styles of the rich & famous ?No autographs please. Pool was heated and swam in every day @ Thanksgiving time. Nice breeze on 2nd & top Patios. Perfect access to beach... 1 minute walk.....out the door 3 houses to right & we were looking at crystal blue water. Nice quality decking at private entrance perfect for sunset pics. Host company text me before we arrived to connect. Coffee maker gave out, text them, new coffee pot within 15 minutes. Do it. Refresh. Enjoy. We did. ?

Rental property was as advertised. Had a few issues that were addressed quickly. Unfortunately for our trip one of the issues was the AC unit.

We loved the home it was beautiful and had plenty of room. The pool was very nice and the location and beach was amazing. Would recommend this home.

The property was beautiful and very clean. We had a large group and lots of kids. The kids had a blast at the house and it was a great location. Private beach was nice and made it easier watching the kids in the water as our area was not crowded. No issues at all at the house and everything was simple to use. We didn't think we would use the elevator but it ended up being very helpful with all the stairs and children. We had a great time. Worth every penny! Highly recommended for large groups!

We had a crew from 8 months old to 76 years of age. It was great for all of us. Being able to walk to the beach was awesome. Having the private beach also made it great because we were able to keep away from others with the virus concerns looming. We made dinner in the house every night because of the virus and ran into some issues with the stovetop that a previous post had mentioned. It still functioned but it was a little annoying. We loved that they had an ice machine and extra large fridge. We also made use of the grill. We would like to come back when we can walk to the restaurants. The pool is not huge but adequate. Overall, we had a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay. It was our second time there. We had a couple of issues (one we created). They were immediately taken care of. The stove could use some maintenance of the burners. The dishwasher needs replacement. We liked that the great room had been updated. A nice quiet neighborhood with a quick walk to the beach.

The house was amazing and since we arrived on March 14, we experienced the COVID-19 pandemic situation as it ramped up until the beach closures on afternoon of March 19. We stayed in the house 80% of the time and enjoyed our private pool. We would absolutely recommend this property and hopefully can return and enjoy the beach when things get back to normal!

Tuscan Under the Sun was absolutely beautiful and breath taking, perfect for a large family vacation with all of the extras. It was beautifully decorated fireplace did not work but it still was ok. Needs a few minor repairs. We would stay here again without any hesitation because every person in our party had a great time. Newman-Dailey was great when we called for maintance work they were right there.
