Another great stay - they took care of us as always. They checked in to ask about our needs to get out of the driveway after a snow storm, and plowed each morning at that time. We'll be back for sure.

Clean, well stocked. And very responsive host

Very nice place and perfect for dogs and kids to play in a large yard. Only thing is the sinks in the bathrooms are very very small. Hard to wash face. Comfortable and cozy.

I’m pace was cozy, clean and had everything there we could want or need. The trains all night long was difficult to get used to the first night but by the second night not as many. Knew there would be trains just didn’t realize we were right by the crossing and would hear the whistle with each one. But that’s not something the owners can control. What they can control is perfect!! Close to Wineries, downtown, beach access anything that you would want to do in North East!!

Wonderful place

This is our favorite place to stay. Love the area, the wineries, the lake, and most of all the hosts!

Spent a week to fish with my grandchildren. Very convenient to Lake Erie. The property was very clean and well equipped. The hosts were very nice. Very happy with our stay and hope to stay there again. Caught lots of fish and my grandsons had a great time

This is the most peaceful, relaxing getaway you can never imagine. The land, the views, the birds, the beauty, the campfire, the walking, the talking, the wineries the lake... Need I say more to top it off our hosts? Alan and Marie are fantastic individuals. And we love them dearly. This is our second time. They loved our dog Holland as well. Colleen always wanted to be outside running around and playing ball and frisbee and getting burrs all through her! She had the time of her life as well. I would give this a five star any day of the week.

We spent the day at Waldameer and the Erie Zoo. It was only 30 minutes to Waldameer. The place was very clean and had a lot of extras like hand soap, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper. It is so nice to not have to pack all that. The only draw back is the trains. They are noisy at night.

Property is just as described. The trains are very cool. Clean and all amenities you need. Would stay again. Thank you!

Stayed here for a winery tour weekend with 5 others. Highly recommend this little place as a cheap nice option.

Everything was great !!

We have stayed at this property for several years now and it has been consistently top-notch. The kitchen is well stocked, beds and seating is comfortable, and it seems like they have thought of everything - there is even a container outside with stuff to start a fire in the fire pit. The owners are super nice and available. Highly recommend this property!

Very clean, well maintained property. Friendly Owners live right next door if there is a problem. Easy acccess to good food, wineries (OMG I haven't seen so many vinyards), Erie, PA, and Buffalo, NY. Wonderful stay. Will use this location anytime we pass through the area.

It was quite a memorable stay. Surrounded by all greenery with all the Apple and grape trees. All the rooms were very well maintained with all the required items. We felt like we were at home. Amazing experience in such a house which we never felt compared to the other. It was one of the best I would say.

Accommodations were exactly what we needed. Even the trains wereu too bad. Only regret was not getting to meet the owners. Would consider staying again.

The VRBO was great for my extended family; much better than staying in 2 separate motel rooms. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Location was great, near Northeast's quaint business district, and a 10-minute drive to Wal-Mart. Short drive to Erie attractions. Host was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

When u need a true break and come here, you wont go wrong! Just peaceful and quiet! Loved our stay and plan to return soon!

We had another excellent stay with host Marie in North East. We will be back again. Very clean and we love the outside sitting area. 2 baths are a big plus also. There's some train noise but otherwise very quiet area.

We love this place. Always fun stuff to do. Wineries,breweries,restaurants,beaches,parks and so much more. We are always finding new adventures and cool things to do.
