My wife and I were at the Wolf Pup cabin for approximately 20 minutes total… after driving 3 hours. When we arrived, there was mouse poop all over the bed and dead cockroaches scattered on the bottom floor. We called the host and stated we would not be staying here, to which he replied “that’s odd, the exterminator was there on Monday.” It was absolutely disgusting. Since we arrived at 6:30 pm, there was no where available nearby… all lodges, cabins, and hotels were booked. We had to drive an hour back to Lexington to find a hotel with availability. I am extremely disappointed- we wasted gas, time, and tons of money. Will not recommend to anyone, nor be back.

Sauna and Hot Tub were great, we made it a routine. Missed the season window for using the cold plunge, but would love to do that next time.

This location was perfect for a weekend getaway. It is nice being able to feel like you are in nature but still have access to everything you would need. The cabin was cozy, the bathrooms were very nice, and the extra amenities are what make this place have 5 stars. If this cabin is available you need to stay here!

My husband and I had a nice weekend getaway in the “Wolf pup.” Loved the tiny house feel and aesthetic but wish it was a bit cleaner and the loft sleeping area was cooler. Overall we had a great time. Very much a “glamping” type experience!

We had an awesome weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It's the perfect spot for the laid back long weekend we wanted! So tastefully and appropriately decorated with most everything you need. It's even fun to experience a luxury outhouse as we called it to 'rough it' just enough! We used the hot tub and did not brave the plunge, wimpy we know! Nothing is perfect and there were a few corners maybe missed in cleaning, but nothing bad enough that we wouldn't come back, also need stronger adirondack chairs! All in all, thanks for a great experience and keep up the good work! We would definitely recommend and also come back to finish exploring what we missed in the beautiful Cumberlands! 4.5stars from us

A great property!! Everything was super clean and the hot tub and cold plunge were in great condition. I was impressed by the bathrooms and the shower— definitely nicer than I thought. Cabin was surprisingly nice and cold, considering summertime. We will definitely return and make this a regular getaway spot. Thank you, bear branch cabins!!

The cabin was beautiful! Very modern look, everything was new and well maintained. The jacuzzi was amazing and the whole places looked lovely! It was quiet and very peaceful! I found couple of things concerning, and although one I knew before going there, I didn’t think it’d be this bothersome: - the detached bathrooms- the walk was about 70 feet away from the cabin, up the steep gravely hill, and in the middle of a night, it was far from ideal. - There was no closet or dresser storage for our clothes and personal items- totally ok for couple of nights but for a longer vacation, it would be annoying to have everything on the floor. Overall, I am giving it a 5 stars because it was such a neat place to stay at! If you don’t mind the walk to the bathroom, definitely a perfect get away!

The wolf pup cabin was perfect! We really enjoyed it and all the amenities that were provided. It was a short hike to the bath house but not bad. The stairs are a little tight but very manageable. Definitely will come back. Also got engaged on chimney top while we were there. So it was the best weekend stay.

this place was genuinely amazing with many hidden gems around the area. The A frame cabin was so cute and cozy provided with heaters and fans for weather changes, the hot tub was great as well and just added to the relaxing touch. There is also a super cute cat that roams and will definitely come up for attention when he sees lights on but he was too cute!! Thank you guys for an amazing stay!

What an adorable little place to stay! Perfect for the romantic getaway weekend we were striving for. The place is so cozy and wonderful for kicking your feet up after a hike, or enjoying your morning coffee on the back deck. We did NOT want to leave and we will absolutely be back!

The cabin and surrounding woods were so peaceful. Felt luxurious and remote, but still close to supplies as needed. We hiked close by all day and relaxed with the sauna, cold plunge and spa then a campfire. Felt like an adventure and a peaceful getaway all at the same time.

This was a different experience for my husband and I. We wanted a calm getaway and just a place to chill out from life. This cabin provided that. It was a little colder than expected but was nice just the same. It is more like a glamping experience. The only negative I have is the pillows are flat, but if that was all then it was well worth it.

The cabin was a bit farther from the bath house than I expected, which was fine until the middle of the night bathroom break. Other than that the stay was amazing! The accommodations are clean and new, and there's extras to keep busy like the hot tub, fire pit, games, etc. Paired with wine, steady rain, and a porch swing, this stay was just what I needed!

Needed a couple of days to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet. This place was perfectttt. They are super sweet host, even had a fan in the bedroom. Just small little gestures that go along way when traveling. I appreciate so much. Will definitely be back and have recommended it to all my friends!

My husband and I were on our way back north from our honeymoon travels in the south. I had stumbled upon Wolf Pup and instantly wanted to check it out. The A-Frame was so quaint and cute. I enjoyed our night there! The porch with the swings was my favorite part!
