Waterfront Mobile Home w Private Dock on Lake Tawakoni

I really enjoyed my stay. The house was nice and being right off the lake was very relaxing. I have already recommended it to other people who plan on visiting next summer.

Quite, clean, there is an ant issue and the AC units could be larger. Overall a good place to stay.

The place was okay for a weekend, but had some issues. When we arrived the clothes dryer was running with clothes in it, and the dishwasher was running with dishes in it. The home was very clean. The living room was hot with one window unit. The bedroom had a separate window unit so it was much cooler. The shower smelled like a septic tank. I recommend bringing your own linens and towels to use.

The owner was very communicative and attended our needs very well, even when we had a slight problem. The inside was clean, outside there were a few ants that got on our cars, but the owner called pest control and dealt with it the same day. Other than that, it was a peaceful
