Under the short notice and circumstance this property was perfect for what we needed! A simple, elegant, quaint home that served all needs.

Cindy is an amazing host. When I asked about bringing in a cot for our young child, she brought in trundle beds! As soon as I opened the front door, I was on vacation. Her house is beautiful and she has really taken time to add special touches both in her decor and in her caring bonuses for guests who invariably forget things, including hair ties and dental picks! The available kayaks add fun, activity and value. We didn’t make use of half of the recreational products - lighted corn hole, mountain bikes, fishing poles (we used our own), fishing nets, inner tubes, etc. We used the kayaks daily and saw rental rates starting around 50 each nearby. Her notebook of nearby food and attractions is as thoughtful as it is helpful. The night lights in the toilets were awesome! The beds are comfortable and sheets luxurious. The location is great. We had a chance to visit with a couple neighbors who are very friendly and don’t at all mind having a short-term rental nearby, which is a real bonus! The area was hit hard by Hurricane Helene (as 2nd generation Floridian, truly a once in several lifetimes storm) and some neighboring properties are in various stages of recovery - it did not detract from our stay at all, hence the 5 stars, but its something to be aware of. If you have to wait out a Florida rain, pull out the Laugh Out Loud game. It was so much fun for both kids and adults. We will definitely be back! We can’t thank Cindy enough for a vacation that exceeded our expectations.

Cindy was an awesome host. She had everything we needed at the property to have a great week. When we arrived, we were greeted with a bottle of champagne and some other goodies to welcome us to Hudson. The property was very clean and organized. A lot of the space seemed new. If there was something we needed, Cindy was sure to get it for us right away. Life jackets, kayaks, beach towels, bikes, fishing equipment, all bathroom essentials, a stocked kitchen, and the list goes on. Cindy thought of everything. There was a binder with things to do and menus for food places nearby. There was a dolphin sighting on the canal right in front of the property one morning. Beds were comfortable. The only negative was it was hard to leave.

This is by far the cleanest property we have rented. Super host and all the amenities. Thanks again so much!

Felt like home while we were there. Plenty of room to spread out or to be together. The house was clean and comfortable. It was close to everything we wanted to do and see. We are extremely happy to have found it. Cindy was a great host, readily available for whatever you needed. Definitely will recommend to anyone asking.

Cindy was very responsive and great to work with. She made sure we had enough kayaks for our party of 4, and brought bikes. House was comfortable.

Very clean and well equipped. Has everything you could ever need. Communication with Cindy was excellent. Screen porch off of bedroom was lovely. Mile walk to bar/restaurant on the water.

Cindy was easy to communicate with. She left us a nice new years eve package. House was really clean. Felt very at home while staying there. We were a little too busy on our trip. Wished we could have spent more time there. The enclosed patio was a nice place to hang out and watch the Ospreys, Egrets and other animals. Short drives to many awesome places to visit. Homosassa was a really great day trip to see Manatees. Tarpon Springs was another great day trip. Overall a great trip for me and my family.
