Stayed May 1, 2025Very comfortable, spacious, clean RV. Nice river view with individual fire pits, grills and lawn chairs. Easy access to the water for boating and fishing. Overall A+ host rating. Would stay again.

Stayed Sep 1, 2025A joke. Total filth. Walk into the door and you are greeted by a mop bucket sitting in the floor. The bed is a good 4 foot high. I had to buy a box for my wife and myself could get into bed. Property is not for a person with any disability, I will report that to the ADA. The manager never contacted us until we were leaving. The worst experience ever.

Stayed Apr 7, 2024My husband and I booked this property in anticipation of viewing the solar eclipse. We had an adventure mindset going in and wanted to stay in an RV to see if it might be something we’d like when we retire. The RV was clean. The owner was there when we arrived and was doing some repairs. Pleasant fellow. Location was great for viewing eclipse… RV Sat above the rivers edge and was accessible via a fairly steep wooden stairway. Camp chairs were available to take down to the waters edge. RV was equipped with all the basic necessities. We did have problems with the refrigerator not cooling and on the second day the toilet wasn’t working properly. The owner was responsive to our notifying him of the problems (fridge had just been turned on at our arrival and took all night to begin cooling) however we had our cooler with us. Owner came and fixed the toilet problem as soon as we notified him of the issue. We did end up leaving a little early primarily because my husband is a larger man and the bed was a little short for him and generally he was just not that comfortable in the space. All that being said, we enjoyed the adventure, got to watch the eclipse in a lovely setting and we’re glad we tried the RV stay over a cabin or motel.
